30 minutes and drive thru, 2 cars in front of us…

This is the slowest tropical smoothie I have ever been too. The food meets expectations but the staff is slow. Do NOT go through the drive through. I waited 35 minutes with only two cars in front of me

I am sad to say as someone starting a health journey, how disappointing the service has been this past week for me. For 3 consecutive days ( at least) this location has been out of key ingredients for a promo smoothie( something I would have overlooked ). However, to make matters worse, on my last visit. I pulled up roughly 15 mins until close and the store open sign was lit. After pulling around to the drive thru, not only was I not greeted and left to wait, but the sign had conveniently been turned off after my leaving from being unanswered; it was 6 mins before close. I enjoy the smoothies here, but the lack of care is concerning.

Amazing service at Tropical Smoothie Café! I have to give a special shout-out to the assistant manager, Nia — she truly goes above and beyond every time I visit. Nia is always welcoming, upbeat, and professional, and she makes sure customers are taken care of from the moment they walk in. My orders are always accurate and fast, and you can tell she leads by example because the team is friendly and the store stays clean and organized. It’s rare to see someone who brings this level of energy and customer service — Tropical Smoothie is lucky to have Nia!

I was visiting family and stop by tropical before I headed home , the assistant manger Nia was so helpful when I was trying to figure out what I wanted . Excellent customer service service .keep her around

Did a DoorDash order. They gave us two of the wrong kind of smoothies, were out of all chips, out of turkey so didn’t give us the sandwich we ordered and still charged us for sandwich, and gave us bruised uneatable bananas. Will not answer phone to make it right. Won’t be back.

Normally the ladies there are nice and friendly. The lady and the guy that was there this morning were very rude. The guy acted like he didn’t want to work it took him forever to come take orders. He just stood at the register no greeting so I went ahead and told him my order and he said we don’t have it. I said ok can I do another one. We don’t have it. I ordered something different and he just stood there until I walked away no acknowledgment that he had the order changed no receipt. I don’t mind the wait but poor customer service and poor communication is a no for me..I won’t be back to this location.

I tried the Mocha Madness on Monday, I loved it so much I went back on Tuesday. It was horribleee not blended well at all!! It tasted like coco and ice so not worth my $ 7.99 and it was the same employee that waited on me on Monday!! Then today I went back and this young black guy was soooo rude that I didn’t even place an order from the drive thru. Whatever happened to excellent custom service?

They were great when they first opened and I was a regular customer. The past few times I've gone, the food has been missing ingredients/poorly made and gross. The wrap I got today was cold and the rice in it was completely hard. Hate that I will no longer be coming to this location, I've kept trying to give it another chance and always leave disappointed.
