Normally the ladies there are nice and friendly. The lady and the guy that was there this morning were very rude. The guy acted like he didn’t want to work it took him forever to come take orders. He just stood at the register no greeting so I went ahead and told him my order and he said we don’t have it. I said ok can I do another one. We don’t have it. I ordered something different and he just stood there until I walked away no acknowledgment that he had the order changed no receipt. I don’t mind the wait but poor customer service and poor communication is a no for me..I won’t be back to this location.

I tried the Mocha Madness on Monday, I loved it so much I went back on Tuesday. It was horribleee not blended well at all!! It tasted like coco and ice so not worth my $ 7.99 and it was the same employee that waited on me on Monday!! Then today I went back and this young black guy was soooo rude that I didn’t even place an order from the drive thru. Whatever happened to excellent custom service?

They were great when they first opened and I was a regular customer. The past few times I've gone, the food has been missing ingredients/poorly made and gross. The wrap I got today was cold and the rice in it was completely hard. Hate that I will no longer be coming to this location, I've kept trying to give it another chance and always leave disappointed.

Ok so I go here often but today I had the worst food experience from them. My smoothie wasn’t blended well to where chunks of ice and fruit was still in my smoothie and I couldn’t enjoy sipping through my straw because I had to constantly stop and get it out of my straw second my flatbread was HORRIBLE!! The bread was chewy and the whole thing was cold. I hate wasting my money on anything and I’m so displeased with the way my order went that I will no longer visit that location. I live in the homewood area but I rather drive all the way to Hoover from now on. At least I know my food will be fresh and my smoothie will be a actual smoothie

Today I went and I love to get their Chicken Caesar wrap and a smoothie. The smoothie was good as always. And I frequent the wraps especially the chicken Caesar, but today it was so not good🥺, I threw most of the wrap away it was so soggy and dripping wet when I ate it, it's usually not like that but it was just not good day.drive thru. $15 I paid for a not so good meal

They’re good during the day but whoever’s on shift at night will give you the wrong size or not blend it enough. We keep getting smoothies with huge chunks of ice and fruit in them that can’t be consumed unless you take the top off and chew it and even then there’s a ton of melted fruit juice that will make a mess if you take off the top.

I always come here and
I spend over 40 dollars but today my Wrap was cold my ingredients were left out of my smoothie I called back to notify my food was cold I told them cold chicken was dangerous, they said well its pre cooked so I'm ok , then I was told well I have to go make some more orders so I unfortunately I have to get off the phone with you , Terrible customer service!

The very first time I went they were slow to take my order. The girl behind the register answer was I don’t know to every question I asked! The next day I went the lady was on her phone showing her coworker something and then came to the register with food in her mouth! Then when I asked for an Açaí bowl she said they wasn’t thawed out yet and it’s 10 in the morning they open at 7am! Since then they have taken them off the menu because their to sorry to make them!
