Horrible experience at Wendy's in Wildwood, Homewood, Alabama.sat at drive thru window for 10 minutes with no response. Went inside and the boy and girl just looked at us - didn’t say anything. I finally asked where do I order and she pointed to a register. She gave us 3 cups to fix our drinks and the coke was not working so I asked her if she had coke behind the counter (3 times). Again she didn’t say anything just took our cups. Another customer came to the door and asked if the drive thru window wasn’t working and another lady worker came out and said no. I asked why they didn’t put a sign that said it wasn’t working and she said they were not allowed to. She also said why would a customer keep sitting there. I spent over $40 and was treated very rudely. Never again!!!

Take your business somewhere else. The Wendy's drive-through lady starts screaming at you if you order more than one combo. Starts insulting you. If I wanted to have a reminder of going to a McDonald's in a ghetto area, I would have gone. It seems this location only hires the workers of McDonald's who were even lazier. Which says a lot
Didn’t even get to try it out, whoever the rude person was working this morning didn’t even greet us when we pulled up to the drive thru, mind you the place was completely empty, when we asked if anyone was there we just got a rude nasty response, asking us “what do you want” unprofessional and horrible, shouldn’t be having people like that interact with your customer.

They lock the door to the dining room and that is awful service and I imagine the food is terrible too!
On Friday Oct. 11th 2024 between 8:15PM - 8:30PM I attempted to place an order and was told there systems were down and they are unable to take any orders. This location seems to always have an issue. Need new staff members. Horrible.

The drive through associate was great. Somehow the preparers jacked our order up. The fries we luke warm . So , I believe in giving places a second chance. Everyone has a bad day. Jacking up biggie bags, yeah someone was having a bad day. Plus they did not have enough regular nuggets so they opted to give us spicy ones. I did not mind, but my co-worker did and threw the whole meal in the trash. May seem drastic, but her junior bacon cheese burger was missing lettuce and tomato which we asked for.

This was the most disgusting burger I ever had. The beef was dried out and old. There was too much mayo and the lettuce was way too big for the sandwich. There was lots of trash in the drive thru lane. The only beverage available was lemonade. I haven't been to this Wendy's in years and now I remember why I stopped coming to this location. If you don't care about what you serve just close your doors. Too bad I couldn't rate this dump a zero. You lost my business forever. Do better or close.

$7 Baconator burger smaller than my hand. Couple years ago burger was huge with large pieces of crisp bacon, meat patties, and bun. This happening even in grocery stores where manufacturers are making smaller products but charging the same price.??
