This place was filthy from the seating area to the nasty bathroom. The wait time was 20 mins. The ordering time was lengthy due to the cashier having to check her phone and talk to the other workers during the lunch hours. I went on down the interstate to the clanton Wendy's. That Clanton, AL. Wendy's was amazing.

Supposedly open until midnight, but even though there are workers inside, nobody is taking my drive thru order at 11 pm on a Friday. I’ve been waiting in line for nearly 20 minutes, as multiple other cars are waiting behind me too. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. It’s as if the restaurant is closed an hour early. Makes no sense

HORRIBLE PLACE. Went for lunch. Drive thru can only take 2 orders at a time so was told to come inside, doors locked so had to walk around building to get in.Once inside order taker just looked at me like I was crazy. Finally got to place 1st order then order taker left to prepare delivery orders, Fina came back, placed 2nd order and he left again to prepare delivery orders, Finally comes back for 3rd order, leaves again to prepare delivery orders and my orders. Saw 1 customer bring back food because order was wrong, they replaced wrong burger and then tried to put returned burger in my order. Only had 4 employees for lunch rush, was rude. I was in this store for 35 minutes to get 3 burgers and fries. This place needs new management or to just close this store. IT IS HORRIBLE

Guy at the window 2/17/24 7:00pm said good change was jacked up so he asked me for a quarter my meal was 11.21 I gave him 20.25 he just gave me back 9.00 mgmt need to check into why the change is “jacked up” as he said smh I wonder is that happens all

Drive through. The cashier replied harshly to my husband. We asked for a baked potatoe with sour cream and butter- we got one with sour cream and ketchup packets.The chicken wrap was open and the aluminum wrapper was only half on, liked like someone just didn't bother to wrap it up. They did not even give us the burger, so we had to drive back around and wait again to get the rest of our order. Service is lacking and food was half done.

I work in the area of this Wendy's location. I frequently attempt to purchase food there and everytime I visit there and I am not exaggerating, everytime I go there they are either out of something like "beef" or system is down. My co workers and I think there using Wendy's as a front and probably selling drugs there. There is no way there making any money selling food.

I placed a mobile order today 1/29/2024 , I got to drive-thru to get my order , I was told they couldn't "find" my order and told me I was holding up the line , made me go INSIDE and re-order , kept insisting I did NOT place a order when I showed them my receipt on phone they started making my food while their kids are in the dinning room , and then to get back to work with warm/cold food! Def would NOT recommend this place of establishment. Ignorant and ghetto at its finest! Never again!

How is it possible this location 213 State Farm Pkwy, Homewood, AL 35209 remains open? Horrible service and staff. I have complained to management on several occasions concerning hour of operation...place is NEVER open at 6:30 am. Wendy's corporation check the time of when they have a single order/sale in the last 3 months at 6:30 am. Let me answer for you NONE! Because despite someone inside being present. They will not take your order. Your company statement (see below) is a pure unadulterated lie. I read the reviews and clearly, Your company is ignoring the multiple reviews with almost the exact issue. This is possibly a waste of time, but posting in advance because I plan to go to this location again this morning Friday 1/26/2024 to show they are never open. I will post video proof on social media. Just maybe it will finally get the right person attention to improve service in the community where you are located. You need to shut this place down, if you are unwilling to provide the advertised service during your posted hours of operation!!!! McDonald's, Whataburger and Chick-fil-A are always open in the morning during their advertised hours of operation. I went through and ordered a #3, #4, and and #5 but before I could even finished my order the lady cut me off and said she’ll see me at the window then I told her my order wasn’t finished. After that I was told to pull up and wait, which I waited for over 15 minutes before I had to go in and ask what was taking so long, and I’ll also add that the Dr Pepper and strawberry lemonade I ordered with my meals were bland and had a watery taste. When I told them about my order they apparently did not even start on it and I had to bring my recipe in to show them. I was on my way to work and I went through this FAST FOOD restaurant only to not get my food FAST because the workers here were ARGUING WITH EACHOTHER, absolutely RIDICULOUS, will never come here again and neither should anyone else.

Not give there is not a rating for anything. Arrived in line at the drive thru on 11/16/23 at 3:23pm. There was 1 car in front of me and they did not take this customers order until 3:44 pm. (Not to mention the person had an attitude taking the order) I pulled up to the speaker no one said anything until 3:55pm and at that time it was we’re doing a shift change it will be 5-7 min. You should just close this store immediately

The dining area was disgusting. My order was taken by the manager and i was surprised at how unprofessional she was.After i received my cup the drink machine was filthy and out of ice so i asked if she could make my soda from behind the front counter. The manager refused and instead offered me a cup of ice and told me i was welcome to use the drink machine in the dining area. A friend of mine who also placed an order was offered a cup of ice as well while we waited for our order and because he said no thank you the manager insulted him for wearing glasses and told him that he only spent $5 so he should leave as he was not worth her time (excluding the profanity that was used).We were offended but could only laugh at how ridiculous this situation was. The manager is a joke at this location. Will not return this store.

Not only were they out of all drinks except tea, they had no ketchup. Lady at the window was rude. The fries and chicken nuggets are terrible. Taste like the grease has not been changed in months. As expensive as food is these days this is unacceptable.
