26 minute wait for sausage egg cheese sandwich(no it wasn't even close to busy)..I left with no order,couldn't even get anyone to register for refund,1st time here and LAST time,this place is a joke

Terese was so nice! First time eating at Whataburger and didn't know what I'd like. She was patient and friendly and told me the chicken sandwiches were good. It was probably the best grilled chicken sandwich I've ever had
I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at Whataburger. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and not only was it missing from my order, but when I tried to address the issue, the service was incredibly unhelpful. The staff seemed uninterested and didnāt even apologize for the mistake. I had to wait way too long just to get a response, and when I finally did, it was clear that they didnāt care at all about correcting the mistake. Poor service, mistakes on the order, and no sense of urgency. Whataburger has seriously gone downhill, and Iām not sure Iāll be coming back anytime soon.
