I was in town from Ohio on business and decided to stop by the Cajun Steamer in Hoover on Friday night (8/8/25). I ordered the Creole ribeye and the seafood dip, and both were absolutely perfect — cooked and seasoned to perfection with incredible flavor.

Service was amazing!! Food was good however the portion of Red Beans and Rice bowl was VERY small for the price. Grouper tacos and fries hit the spot! It was very warm (77 degrees) when we were seated. Someone finally turned on the air and it was comfortable after that. Music was fun!

The food was great 👍 Tuna Dip, Fried Pickles, Cajun Pasta, Fried Shrimp, Seafood boil. We will definitely be back any time we are in the are.
