Last night my husband and I ate dinner at Firebirds. Our steaks were INCREDIBLE. They could compete with Fleming’s or Perry’s. Our service was excellent. I wish I remembered our servers name, she was quick and very kind (she had on a David Yurman cross pendant, young and light brown hair). I do recommend making a reservation if you’re going on a Friday/Saturday night. Joseph is literally the best most attentive server I have ever had. The environment and food were amazing, but his humor and attention to detail and all around care he had for us is what really made the visit shine for us!! We will definitely be back!!
Had chilled chicken salad. Salad was good, but, raspberry vinaigrette not so much.
