You need to put play places back in all locations. That was the one place you go to for lunch on long trips so your kids could work off some energy before getting back in the car. And parents could relax with kids playing.

This review send unfair because I'm comparing this Chick-Fil-A experience to the very high standard that has been set by many great experiences. This particular visit food was left out of my order we went back to the counter to detail what was missing. Some but not all of the items were brought to us, but this time we were give a spicy chicken biscuit instead of the original.

WORST Chick-fil-A ever. Ever since they opened, they've had service issues. I have had numerous bad experiences, always vowing never to return. Today I went through the drive-through (not very busy) and ordered a #1 meal. I was told at the window to pull around to the front. When I finally got my meal, the employee offered no apology (quite disagreeable actually). The service at this location might be okay at a McDonalds in a lower socioeconomic neighborhood, but definitely...
