This was my first time at City Bowls and it did NOT disappoint. The shop was so cute and loved the table setup. The store was really clean and the staff was friendly. My daughter and I split the Hipster (don’t skip the hot sauce) and the Island Bowl + bananas. They were both absolutely delicious. No doubt I’ll be back!

I have been to this location and other City Bowls locations many times and enjoyed their açaí bowls. However, this visit was very disappointing. The peanut butter wasn’t quite right, the fruit was strange, the granola was clumpy, and there wasn’t much açaí. I would assume as a chain that their recipes and preparation would be the same but maybe not. I’m not sure I’ll return to this location.

I have been to the City Bowls in Hoover four times this year and each time I was not disappointed. The service, the food, the atmosphere and sigh all of the desserts. Let me tell you, you'll probably lose weight just standing there trying to decide which I appealing, mouth-watering dessert you will want to try.

Every time I visit the Hoover location, the staff is always super friendly. It’s clean. What I order is always fresh. Today, one of the workers was so kind and helped me take my order to the car, because she saw me holding my baby boy in his car seat. I told her that she didn’t have to help me, but she insisted. I greatly appreciate the kindness and the top tier customer service. Blessings ❤️

We asked for two açaí bowls both of them came out wrong we ask the guy to change 1 one of them he did it wrong again he brings back a different one and it’s wrong again we left with the wrong one because we were in a rush bad experience

I was excited to try City Bowls Hoover. I liked how I was able to get raspberries and blackberries as toppings (that option is not available at other places).

City Bowls at Brock’s Gap in Hoover has the best staff and the most incredible healthy and delicious bowls. my favorite part of the store is the owners who are there daily and get to know their customers orders so you really get that small town restaurant feel. 10/10 every time!

I've eaten here a number of times I normally get the iron bowl. It is really good. The service is really great. And you earn points to get a free bowl. Highly recommended. I enjoy it every time.
