We asked for two açaí bowls both of them came out wrong we ask the guy to change 1 one of them he did it wrong again he brings back a different one and it’s wrong again we left with the wrong one because we were in a rush bad experience

I was excited to try City Bowls Hoover. I liked how I was able to get raspberries and blackberries as toppings (that option is not available at other places).

City Bowls at Brock’s Gap in Hoover has the best staff and the most incredible healthy and delicious bowls. my favorite part of the store is the owners who are there daily and get to know their customers orders so you really get that small town restaurant feel. 10/10 every time!

I've eaten here a number of times I normally get the iron bowl. It is really good. The service is really great. And you earn points to get a free bowl. Highly recommended. I enjoy it every time.

Açaí was melted when I got my bowl and they do not have a variety of granolas. I have a nut allergy and they did not have any options.

Absolutely LOVE City Bowls Hoover!! They are my go-to when I want something healthy & fresh! Their customer service is top-notch and the employees are always efficient and friendly. I have also used City Bowls Catering for multiple events and I could not recommend them more! Guests at the events always rave about them!!

Love it here! Everyone is always so friendly and everything is so clean! Would recommend to anyone. Bowls are also filling enough to make a meal - not just a snack place. Will be a perfect spot for a light summer dinner!

I love city bowls! The consistency of the açai base is perfect, not too mushy and not too hard said Goldilocks (compared to the couple other places around town)… it’s just right. The fruit is fresh and flavorful and they don’t skimp on any of their ingredients or toppings. The staff is friendly, and if you sign up for their rewards program, you can get messages about discounts, which I love to take advantage of because frankly, I could eat it every day. I think the prices are reasonable for what you get it is my favorite açai bowl go to place hands-down.

Have always been pleased with my order from City Bowls…not today…picked up my order and my 12 oz bowl was only about two-thirds full…very skimpy. Should have taken back once I realized when I got home. Next time will definitely check my order before leaving the store!

Very rude and does not listen to customers,I like trussville location better because of the customer service and they actually listen turn the music down a little then you will be able to hear customized orders.I only came here because this is the only location that gives me coupons but it wasn't worth it in the end.
