When I travel for business, it’s hard to find seed oil, free restaurants. But the café and premade food in this place are true blessing. The turkey burnt in flatbread was fresh and so good and the service was top-notch. Next time I’m in town I’m coming back!

Very healthful food. I was skeptical because the food is cooked in water only (helpful for those with allergies), but the Thai Peanut sauce was very tasty! Not my #1 stop, but would stop again in the future. Might be refreshing if you have been eating a lot of typical restaurant junk. Lots of vegetable options!

I eat here every day! This place is a hidden gem! The food is healthy and each meal has a great macronutrient/calorie balance. Most of their menu items can be found on MyFitnessPal or MyNetDiary, which is a huge plus! You don't have to sacrifice deliciousness here, either! Everything I've had on the menu tastes great and is very reasonably priced! And they even offer meal prep services! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, even the owner always personally greets...
