I enjoy the customers I serve at Dunkin'. Trying to give them a smile from a friendly face and listening to them is part of my Job. Making sure they leave completely satisfied with what we can do for them is the whole point. I have seen a lot more happier customers expressing how our service is more Helpful, Attentive and Very Kind now last night!I felt like that deserved a good review since this location didn't have very many! We have a great crew and we do love our customers!

Unless you’re coming in from 280W, it’s a PITA to get to, if you’re coming from Publix, don’t bother driving and just walk to it. The place looks clean and new, but lacks foot traffic, despite that a croissant order still took a while.

Racist and rude lady with glasses, threw out food at us because she didn’t want to deal with us. We have been at the ER with my dying grandmother and we had not eaten and decided to go to dunken just to deal with her laughing at my mom because of her accent and rushed us.

Wosre Dunkin' I've ever been to. Service sucks. You can tell none of the staff want to be there. My wife and I waited by the order counter for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there. I've been to this location multiple times and everyone just seems angry or ambivalent to the customers. Seriously, just go anywhere else! I don't know who is to blame for the terrible moral and general attitude of this place but they won't be in business very long if things do not change.

I genuinely hate that this location isn’t equipped to do better. There’s never enough staff and I have twice had to leave without receiving my order that I had already paid for in order to make it to work on time. I’d understand if I was showing up late, but I come inside to order with an extra 30 minutes just because of how long it takes. It’s not the employees’ fault though, it’s 100% on upper management. The employees are kind and are doing their best with what they are given.

6/15/2023- A large order was placed for sandwiches and 3 sandwiches were missing the meat.2nd incident of this type which can be considered theft.Also they do not print a store phone number on the receipt or online to address issues.See attached picture of top of receipt.They have a major management problem that needs an intervention from corporate.This store is located in an upscale luxury golfing community.Customers are not open to this type of disregard.*YUMI of the drive thru staff are AMAZING!
