I came to this Dunkin at 6pm on Wednesday 9/16. The service was above and beyond! Those 2 girls are awesome and I am so grateful for their service!! They made my sandwich perfect!! Perfect I tell you!! Thanks so much!!!

Everytime, which is almost everyday, I come I order ahead, the same order everytime. I never get it correct and still have to wait. Today I sat and waited in line (empty line) for 30 minutes and was brought a foam only drink. Sent it back twice to a rude employee who was continuously rolling his eyes at me for nothing about the drink to change. So fed up.
