The bread was stale! The meat was dry and very little amount of it. You would think for 15.00 for a sub they could put a little effort in it. Ive been to many firehouse subs and this by far is the worst! The steamer

This location is not good. This is the second time I have been and I basically got a bread sandwich. I dont mind paying $12 for a sandwich if I get the normal amount of meat. Very disappointing. Last night I placed an order, when I picked it up there was sauce all over my bag, my sandwich barely had anything on it and it also had pizza or marinara sauce on the outside of my bread (I got the smokehouse cheddar brisket) the sandwich is normally great, this time not so much. I will say they were busy and only had 2 employees working, only one was actually helping customers. Overall very unsatisfied with the whole experience. Not worth the price at all.

The sandwiches have been good each time we have ordered here. However, it seems like forever before we get our order to go. Just be prepared for a little wait but it has been worth it.

I've watched my boss scoot back in the office & eagerly open his sandwich only to see that his order was miserably wrong twice in the last 10 days. He's a good boss, don't ask for much; he's fair, he's fun & all he wanted was peppercorn ranch on his sandwich last week & no lettuce on his sandwich this week. Poor guy was the only one in the store placing an order with 3 people working too! Shame on yall! You ruined a good guy's lunch. Twice. Please send good vibes to the people working the closing shift with this hungry manager tonight!

I found the food here to be quite tasty my steak and cheese sub was served hot and delicious,the service was quick and friendly enough and you have a great selection of either tea or coke products to choose from plus the chips were fresh All and all I enjoyed eating here
