My boyfriend and I went in wanting a regular fry and a milkshake. Unfortunately, their milkshake machine was broken, but we were for sure taken great care of by the staff for the next time we come! This staff made our inconvenience into a blessing tonight. Great service and staff 5 stars!
First time eating here, and omg it was expensive for 1 meal.
$20 like come on, but the burger was good including the fries just steep eating for a burger joint. I kept it plain, with a burger fry and drink. The place does need to be cleaned and tables wiped. Grill workers should wear hair nets of some sort.

Never tried it when I lived in AZ. So on the way to work last night I stopped by this location in Hoover,Al. Not impressed. Not upset, but for over$20 for one burger and fries with no drink..... Underwhelmed. Not worth it. Tonight I stopped by Steak and shake and got a full meal for almost half the price and better quality and better tasting. I think I'll stick with S&S from here in out.
