“We stop here specifically because they consistently have fresh bread. The area is nice because there's enough room to park a medium sized trailer. Also there's a sprouts next door.

“I went to store #1657in Hoover, AL. The first time I visited was on a Sunday and Becca was the only employee there. Becca was absolutely PHENOMENAL!! She was friendly, kind, attentive, made my sandwich quickly and correctly without needing to ask me again. I just cannot stress enough how amazing Becca was that afternoon.
I returned to that location about 10 days later and Becca was there again with Orlando. Again, the service by both Becca and Orlando was nothing short of perfection. I don't eat out often, but when I do, I will certainly have this Jimmy John's location in mind, especially if Becca and Orlando are working that day. In a day and age where customer service is severely lacking in all industries, Becca and Orlando were a breath of fresh air.
Hopefully, someone from corporate reads this and rewards them accordingly, they both deserve the recognition.“
