Jimmy John's in Birmingham

“I hope this is a one time thing but I was so disappointed in my meal today. I love JJ, and I never thought I’d have anything negative to say but my sandwich left so much to be desired. No lettuce was on it and it was mostly bread with very little avocado. I’ve had the veggie many times before mostly at other locations and it’s never looked like this. Pic attached.“

“I ordered on Thursday, September 26th and the man who brought my food was kind, friendly, and extremely fast. I normally order well in advance from here because there have been times it has taken over an hour for the food to come, but he had it in my hand in about 20 minutes. I hope this is a consistent change for this location as the food is always good.“

“My first experience at Jimmy John’s . The sandwich was good. I will say in comparison to Subway it was not worth the price. It basically only came with mayo, lettuce, and tomato. Almost $9 I should be able to get what I want on it ??‍♀️ the staff are friendly. It tasted good. Unfortunately I will stick with the usual sub shop. Overall a decent experience.“

“Though I was just a customer passing through, I was genuinely impressed by both the food and the service. Too often at sandwich shops you get a sloppy pile of ingredients slapped between two pieces of bread and called a sandwich—but that was definitely not the case here.

A really nice young lady named Ms. B made my sandwich, and she crafted it like a work of art. Everything was neatly layered, balanced, and clearly made with care. It honestly stood out compared to most places.

I hope the next time I’m passing through and able to stop by, Ms. B will be there to make another one for me. Great experience all around.“
