i ordered jimmy john’s with doordash and the first order got thrown in the trashcan by someone at the location my food was delivered to. jimmy john’s was very helpful regarding what to do for my refund process and when i ordered again they even gave me a free sandwich card. i work night shift and this happened while i was at work. i appreciate their kindness and helpfulness.
I'm out of the area for delivery, so I went to pick up my online order this morning. The store was very clean & my sandwich was made perfectly. The man running the store, Cameron, was very charismatic & personable.

I ordered from this JJ for delivery tonight and let me tell you, I was impressed. Initially when I ordered, the receipt said delivery for “tomorrow”, panicked, I call the store to make sure I didn’t mess up my order. The guy that answered the phone was so polite and assured me I did it correctly. From the time I ordered to delivery was 10 minutes, talk about freaky fast. You could call 911 and this JJ delivery driver would beat them to your house. Also, my wrap was 10/10.
