The doughnuts are great of course, but the rewards program is garbage. Just about every time I go and want to scan my rewards card, they say that the system is down and I will need to do it through the app. Then adding it in the app never works. It just says “there was a problem”. Huge waste of time that they apparently refuse to fix.

I absolutely love Krispy Kreme. They have the best doughnuts. They were sweet and delicious. I've been a fan of Krispy Kreme since I was a kid. I just wish there was a location near the Oxford Al and Talladega Al area.
