I had to stop somewhere for a quick bite to eat because of a tight schedule. Normally I wouldn't eat at McDonald's or any other fast food restaurant. The dining room was fairly clean and quiet, at least during the time that I was there. The food was what we've all come to expect, it's McDonald's. I can say this about the McDonald's business model and quality control; no matter where you are across the US you will have the same experience at any McDonald's....
