We were staying at the Hyatt Regency because of its proximity to the airport and had dinner at this nice, tucked-away little restaurant. A special shout-out to our server Latarren! She was both attentive and efficient, brought menus and food promptly, and noticed when our glasses were empty. She was the kind of server we always hope to get -- knowledgeable and personable, without being pushy. Thanks, Latarren P., for making our last night in Alabama such a nice one!

It took way too long for our food to come out.The fried chicken has no flavor and it's a small piece of chicken breast. It only comes with 1 piece of chicken. The service was extremely slow inside as well.

Stopped here for dinner after a long travel day. The food was awesome. My wife had the shrimp and grits. I have never seen her enjoy an entree so much. The chicken was awesome. We had the pleasure of meeting the chief to thank her. Our server, Vishnu is a rock star. He had a lot of tables, but was always there for us. Highly recommend.

Usually do not review places too often, but this place deserves better than 3 stars. Solid service, solid food, and super convenient location. Large TV's for guys like me who love to watch sports with dinner. If you are staying at the Hyatt, this place is a great dinner spot without having to leave the premises. Prices are slightly above what I would expect but that comes with the territory. Shrimp and grits were very satisfying, and my friends had the salmon and steak. Both were very happy with their dinner and drinks.

The breakfast buffet was cold and no one was on the omelet station so no fresh eggs. Basically bland and flavorless food that was all ice cold probably left over from the previous day. Server was ok did get a refill once but basically ignored us. Fairly clean but definitely not worth the money. Go to ihop better food fir less money and at least fresh.
While staying at the adjoining Hyatt Regency - The Wynfrey Hotel, we had our dinner here. Very welcoming reception when we entered. Menus produced quickly and drinks order taken and served without delay. Food order take and the food, when it arrived, was well=presented and delicious. My wife is Gluten Free and, for once, this did not cause any problem. There was only one slight problem and that was the time it took for our food to arrive. I appreciate that the food was all freshly cooked but it seemed to be longer than you would normally expect.

Breakfast with a girlfriend this morning. The $23 buffet is what you want. Plenty of bacon and sausage. The fruit, mainly the pineapple, sweet. The grits were good and the jam for my toast was full of strawberries. Staff was friendly and constantly at our service. We weren't guest at the hotel but if you are, you may get "coupons" for breakfast with your reservation. Enjoy!

I would give zero stars if I could the bar tender guy is absolutely rude and has no people skills. I was there about 2 months ago and my girlfriend is there tonight she is very turned off by the way the bar tender is acting. The prices for the drinks and food are extremely expensive and if I'm going to pay high prices I expect good customer service. Please listen and fire this bar tender. We love the hotel but hate to eat or have drinks at the bar because of him.
