We went on a Sunday evening. The location has loads of quirky charm. Employees were courteous, the food service was quick. We sat on the outside side area …nice. The food was good. We had steak and chicken quesadillas, all tasty. I’d prefer more side options vs chips but overall very good. Highly recommended!

We had just gone for a hike, and wanted something for dinner so we decided to go this cool lookin taco place. we ordered and within about 5 minutes we got our food which was oddly fast, for it being tacos on a Friday night. We got our food and to be honest everything looked discolored. We got the Buffalo tacos and the Barbados tacos, the Barbados ones were rough, black and tasted like rubber and the Buffalo tacos didn't look like Buffalo tacos, and they tasted awful. They were cold and tasted like they had been pre made and thrown in the microwave. We kinda liked the million peso queso, but besides that everything tasted pretty terrible.

We were looking forward to a nice lunch, but are very disappointed. Ambiance is nice, but the food didn’t meet the expectations. Asked for no cilantro due to food allergies, received our tacos without any sauces - so basically only shrimp in a tortilla. Meat seasoning was lame. The beans were made with cilantro, which they didn’t tell us and caused allergy issues. As we waited outside with our dog in the cold, we asked to get a sign when the takeout is done. Nobody showed up, so we got it ourselves from the bar, which was already cold. We will not come again.

I've been here several times. It's not bad. Nothing mind blowing but nothing horrible. For some reason their rice always seems just slightly undercooked. Their fish tacos were very flavorful and I enjoyed the mango salsa. Drinks are pretty good. Atmosphere is fun. You order at the counter then they bring it to you so service is pretty simple not bad when it's slow but when it's busy, you stand in line and feel like you're in the way.

Went here on a Sunday night with my girlfriend and I'll say was a little disappointed. Location and atmosphere were great. However, the workers were not very kind and the food did not stand out. Pretty average experience.

We tried to call a day ahead to reserve a table for 12. No one would answer the phone, so we left a voice mail and left a message on Facebook. No one ever returned our call or answered us. Tonight, we showed up, and they did not have a table for us. There was a table reserved for another party. I spoke to the manager, and he would not take responsibility and not even offer an apology. He said he could put a table together for about 7 people. So we're we supposed to tell 5 people sorry you can't join us? He also said we could sit outside, but it was cold and rainy. Fortunately, a couple of folks couldn't make it, so the rest of us crammed ourselves into a corner. The food is ok, but nothing special and overpriced for what you get. I doubt I will ever go there again.

Never got our order. After 35 minutes had to ask for a refund which I've never done before. They blamed the issue on new management and gave us the refund, but the lack of care and customer service was enough for me to not return back here.

Great food, but the staff was indifferent, and the price is a little steep if expected for the area.

Great quality food and drink. You will pay more to eat here than a run of the mill Mexican restaurant, but you taste the difference in quality.

I was meeting a friend at the bar to catch up and get drinks. The food was good and everything but the bartender, Brandon, was so abrasive and patronizing that we were immediately uncomfortable. As soon as he heard us speaking spanish with each other he just jumped right into our conversation. It was really awkward and upsetting. We would’ve stayed longer if the bartender wasn’t so off putting.

The best salsa I've ever eaten! It's a little spicy, savory, but bright and refreshing all at the same time. Their thin, crispy chips are the perfect accompaniment. (Salsa and chips are endless so be sure to ask for more when you run out!) Queso is amazing and creamy as well. They have quite the plethora of taco options. I love that you can pick any two and make it a meal. I opted for the Buffalo chicken taco that includes house made "screaming buffalo" sauce, bleu cheese and queso fresca - emphasis on the screaming because this was ~spicy~. I also got the pescado which includes grilled fish, poblano slaw, pineapple mango salsa & cilantro. I always LOVE the option of a corn tortilla. The rice and black beans were nothing to write home about but good nonetheless. You place your order at the counter then find a seat - very casual. It's eclectically decorated and feels welcoming. Staff was very friendly. They have a nice outdoor area that'll be great for summer. But for now, have dinner there then ride around the Preserve neighborhood (that it's located in) and look at holiday lights! The perfect night right before (and after) all the festivities get started and we get tired of all the rich, savory holiday foods.

Adobo pork sandwhich was over seasoned tastes like biting into straight cumin, tater tots were cold when bit into and, queso tastes like it's out of the jar. Carnitas tacos were bland. 2 stars cause service was fine.
