Shout-out to Jordon at the Newk's in Hoover, he is the best. Every time I've had an issue with rewards, he's been right there helping me and making sure it gets resolved. He really knows the app and the whole rewards process, and even other team members go to him when they need help redeeming points or fixing something that's not the normal flow. Super helpful, patient, and professional. Thank you, Jordon, I really appreciate you!
My only complaint about this location is that every time I go there they have the thermostat set to about 60°. It is unbearably cold and I always end up having to sit out on the patio.
Where did the outstanding croutons go? I’d rather have no croutons I as opposed to the small cheap tasteless cube now being used. Salad portions are now smaller as well, but prices are larger. Only three small tomatoes in my full “Ultimate” salad.
I also miss the condiment table with peppers, croutons, Parmesan cheese etc.
I am tired of business that use the pandemic as an excuse for poor business practices or to lower the quality of products.
