Ordered a 3 piece combo that cost me $15, asked for a sauce to go with the meal and they wanted to charge 25 cents. Won't go back and the chicken was bland, no seasonings. Worst Popeyes I have ever been too. Everybody can't cook chicken.

ITS A HEN-SEMBLE! After being disappointed due to the long line at Chick Fil A I decided to get tenders from Popeye's instead. Some days you are just craving Chick, but need to settle for so,etching else. Service wasn't the best but it also wasn't the worst. I asked what the Mardi Gras mustard was when ordering my meal and all of a sudden she added it to my order. Eventually I got it changed to the blackened ranch, but my question was never answered. Food was pretty good, for mall food court, the Galleria has some decent spots to grab a bite.

This is the only Popeyes that’s close to me. I don’t mind running in the mall to get a quick meal because it never takes long and my food is ALWAYS fresh. The workers are polite as well.

Used to come here at least once a week and spend $15+ on blackened tenders. Nope, done. Tried to charge me 25 cents for sauce when I ordered blackened tenders. You kidding me? Already paying extra for blackened tenders and I don’t get a single sauce? Really stinks because the blackened tenders are really good. Do better!

Thought I was going to get a hot delicious spicy chicken sandwich but there was nothing hot about it I took it back only for the guy working there to stick a thermometer in another piece of chicken and tell me it's hot when I'm holding a cold sandwich in my hand needless to say I had to get a refund and go to chick fil a for a real hot sandwich terrible service compared to other popeyes I've eaten at

Popeyes need to invest in teaching their employees great customer service. I waited in line just to order over 10 mins. They didn't have the strawberry biscuits either. My blackened tenders sucked as well. Most def won't be going back anytime soon.

Despite the first pic, this Popeyes is part of the Galleria Riverchase food court. Went at lunch on a Saturday. Food court area was busy, but the line here wasn't very long. Turns out, we had the friendliest and quickest service we've ever had at any Popeyes! This is now our go-to location for the franchise in the Birmingham area.

Terrible service! Ordered a 3pc, only got a thigh and a leg. I went back to the counter and they guy literally argued with me that it was correct and he would not give me the 3rd piece even though my receipt showed I paid for 3 pieces.
