The food here overall has been consistently good. Service, or perhaps attitude has lacked in the last year. Although my last encounter over the phone with a woman was pretty pleasant and professional, I noticed that the prices have gone up. I somewhat understand prices increase over time, but they also wanted to charge a "pick up" fee, or "to go" order fee. The extra "fee" killed my craving for sushi. Completely ridiculous. I am not sure if I will be back anytime soon as the new price increases and "mandatory" call-in fee make the food.... not worth it?

I picked up my order tonight; all went well. Beautiful restaurant, lovely nice staff that greeted us as soon as we entered; my only complaint was a hair in my food. Just please be careful, wear hairnets, stop fiddling with your hair etc. this always seems to happen to me and I know it wasn’t my own hair because the container hadn’t even been opened yet and there was a hair in my California roll. Double check for hair before giving out the food; and no it’s not just y’all I’ve had hair in my food from and I will be coming back because the food was delicious and the staff was very welcoming.

Kinda sad about the food , was kinda hyped up about it from reviews. So here's the lo down , I'm a spicy tuna lover , and this one was not up to par.. Seemed like it was not freshly minced/smashed/made into spicy tuna. It gets a odd consistency when it's been made for a.while . So big let down Seaweed salad was good , Friendly staff , love the atmosphere. Sorry for the waiting. Rock on

I am a big fan of their takeout. I love the unusual rolls such as the ones with crawfish, but my personal favorite is the punk rock roll. Strawberries on sushi who knew? The jalapeño poppers are amazing as well and so is the twisted tuna. The quality is wonderful and I love that I can get it customized and wrapped in soy paper if I want. I can’t tell you what it’s like to eat there though; I’ve never actually stepped in the door.

The rolls I got had more rice than actual fish. I spent more time removing rice from the sushi rolls. If you like sushi, this is not the place to go. My food sat on the counter while a different server had to remind my server that my food was ready. Sever handed me the check while I was halfway done with food. Then cleaned the bar area AROUND my plate while I’m still eating. Felt rushed and uncomfortable. I’m looking over the bill and the server has her hand out waiting for me to just hand over my credit card. Not returning again to this location. Horrible service and you can get better sushi at a Publix.
Had a wonderful time with my family. The service was wonderful. Best place I have been in a long time.

Great place! The atmosphere is great! The Rockstars on the walls are actually Rockstars I like . Aerosmith, Guns and Roses FleetwoodMac etc. Often times these restaurants have more of a head banger death metal feel. The staff was very attentive, sweet and funny. The food was great what I can say about rock ‘n’ roll sushi is the food is consistently good at this one and others I’ve been. But we will be back here because of the staff and atmosphere.
