The food here overall has been consistently good. Service, or perhaps attitude has lacked in the last year. Although my last encounter over the phone with a woman was pretty pleasant and professional, I noticed that the prices have gone up. I picked up my order tonight; all went well. Beautiful restaurant, lovely nice staff that greeted us as soon as we entered; my only complaint was a hair in my food. Just please be careful, wear hairnets, stop fiddling with your hair etc. this always seems to happen to me and I know it wasn’t my own hair because the container hadn’t even been opened yet and there was a hair in my California roll. Double check for hair before giving out the food; and no it’s not just y’all...
I am a big fan of their takeout. I love the unusual rolls such as the ones with crawfish, but my personal favorite is the punk rock roll. Strawberries on sushi who knew? The jalapeño poppers are amazing as well and so is the twisted tuna. The quality is wonderful and I love that I can get it customized and wrapped in soy paper if I want. I can’t tell you what it’s like to eat there though; I’ve never actually stepped in the door.
