“Last night my husband and I ate dinner at Firebirds. Our steaks were INCREDIBLE. They could compete with Fleming’s or Perry’s. Our service was excellent. I wish I remembered our servers name, she was quick and very kind (she had on a David Yurman cross pendant, young and light brown hair). I do recommend making a reservation if you’re going on a Friday/Saturday night. As we were leaving, we heard the hostess say it would be a 3 hour wait for the party that just arrived. Will be back!“

“We came here on a Sat with a party of ten, and it was packed but I must say we got our food quickly to my surprise. Jeremiah J gave great service! It was nice to have a fun server, he vibed with us like we were his kin folks. Even though it was busy, he appeared to be calm and unbothered. I was charged for a side dish, long story short, it was an error and I pointed it out to him and he listened to the feedback without getting offended. Great time

They have great lunch specials at reasonable prices and I can’t help but order steak on a regular basis due to it being on the lunch menu. Some of the best steak I’ve ever had!“

“If anyone ever worked for their money, the Hontzas family sure has. First of all, they’re usually very busy but they sure know how to keep the line moving and get everyone seated promptly. In the food line there’s something for everyone. This is one of the few places where I could get all vegetables. The neighborhood is a bit rough but don’t let that discourage you from going bc people from all sides of town eat here.“

“The food was great but I was sat next to staff who were ready to get off and had inappropriate conversations next to the table I was at with my family that we could hear. Also the waiter kept forgetting to bring things that were asked for back like to go boxes, to go drinks, the wrong drinks, condiments, things like that. I will come back because the food was delicious but next time I will ask to be moved to a different location.“

“We went to Micheal’s to celebrate my birthday. The atmosphere was so nice, romantic and cozy. The food was amazing and seasoned to perfection. For our appetizers we had the devil eggs with bacon and fried green tomatoes. For our entrees we had the bone-in ribeye with a loaded baked potato. For my birthday dessert was bread pudding and it was off the charts. Sonya was our server she was very nice, friendly, quick and she made our first time experience a great one. We will definitely be back.“

“Had diner with one of my best friends, was not greeted very warmly by the hostess…. But the waiter (Noah) made the biggest impression on us. We are traveling from out of town, and it had been a long day. Noah was a breath of fresh air, he was so attentive and accommodating. He was patient while we chatted through our appetizers and diner, there was a snafu with the Chicken we ordered without mushrooms, it was delivered covered in mushrooms, which was very off putting when you don’t like them! Noah was apologetic and eager to correct the situation to the best of his ability. We would definitely come back, maybe not so much for the food (it was pretty good, not terrible) but for the heart of service in our waiter Noah“
