A lot of times what people say going to the whote folks neighborhood, Which there is no such thing. This 8s a nasty location. Yes im talking about the people. Aweful
This wendys has always been the worst fast food restaurant ive ever been to. Normally Im too unbothered or lazy to leave a review. Maybe they are having a bad day. Maybe they are overwhelmed. No. I went when it was completely empty. It took me nearly30 minutes to get my food. I always emphasis what I dont want on my sandwich MULTIPLE TIMES and have them repeat it back to me. They still put it on my sandwich EVERY TIME. And I go in for them to fix it. They mess up my sandwich again. So I just leave and take it. I moved away a few years back and it seems like the management has not learned ANYTHING in those years. Its just as slow and inaccurate and dismissive as it was before. Lesson learned. Never coming here again.
My family and I sat in the wendy's line for fifteen to twenty minutes when my husband pulled up and said excuse me, ma'am, she said, give me one minute, sir and never came back to the speaker. Before we even pulled off, he said, excuse me, ma'am, are you ready? She said nothing!!! Do I recommend these restaurant? No, not if you have kids, that's hungry!!!!
Sheena was AWESOME! I wish I could've tipped her but I didn't have any cash, but I love her personality and how sweet she was.
This store truly deserves no stars!!! I literally waited at the speaker for 10mins just for the lady in the blue shirt to keep telling me to “hold on baby”
I did a mobile order and pulled up to the Wendy's the lobby is under construction and everyone's forced to drive through they had no provision for doordash or mobile orders while they're under construction and service took 30 minutes in order to get food to anyone
It takes forever to get your order taken if it gets taken
If I could give a rating any lower I sure would. My family came in not too long ago today feb 16 and ordered to go, some chicken sandwiches along with other items.. come to find out they get home and their chicken is raw in two of their sandwiches, don’t know who worked kitchen today and don’t know who was in charge.. this is not something you should serve ANY customer whatsoever. And to top it off, both of my family members threw up their sandwiches!! This establishment here in Hoover has far gone down the drain, Wendy’s needs to find proper employees or shut down and make sure this never happens again to anyone else.

If only a 0-star rating were available, I would gladly bestow it upon this place. To be honest, the food here might be delicious. Unfortunately, I never got a chance to order any of it (was really looking forward to a Baconator.) I pulled up to the drive through line at 7:55pm on Tuesday evening 01/22. I was second in line. The car in front of me proceeded around and I pulled up to the speaker. And waited... and waited... No greeting. No "I'll be right with you." Nothing. After 4 minutes, I said, "Hello?" in a friendly tone. I was immediately given a terse "wait a moment" answer. Ok... And waited... and waited... Nothing. The time was now 8:08pm and the lady has still not bothered to even take my order. I gave up... I drove around the drive-thru window area and I see the problem. The girl working the window is still talking with the person in the car. She looks at me dismissively and goes back to talking. Whomever manages this place needs to seriously address this worker apathy.

This place is aweful. Food is terrible service is slow, and they keep theyre doors locked so you cant order inside. This place needs an overhaul forreal dont eat here please

Door locked daily after 5. If you have a mobile order to pick up in the lobby you have to wait in long drive thru line
ooooh here we go again. I was getting tired of the last Wendy's so I thought "let's try a different one tonight" Mistake once again. Mobile order, asked to pickup in store at the counter. Door's locked. Great. Go through the drive thru, get food at the window...I should've checked the bag. Come home & my free burger I redeemed from the app is not in there. Forgot the straws & one of the drinks wasn't sweet tea. I'm done. No more. I love Wendy's food but if these days is just gonna be locked doors & certain foods being forgotten, I might as well save the headache & go somewhere else for comfort food.
