Wrong order, even after confirming what I wanted on my burger. I ordered a hamburger with mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion only. When I got home I had a cheeseburger with no tomato, mayo, ketchup, pickles, and the bun was cold.

This has to be one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve gone to in a minute. The building is super old and run-down the whole building is like a standing hazard. I ordered a baconator and a biggie bag and nothing that I ordered was right! They gave me a completely different sandwich than the one I ordered. I asked for no ice and my cup was only filled up halfway. The bread was STALE and OLD!! My crispy chicken sandwich in the biggie bag had everything I DIDN’T order on it. My chicken nuggets were cold and the I got no condiments despite asking for about 2-4. The service was AWFUL and I was greeted with attitude and disrespect from the moment I pulled into the establishment. That was both inside and outside! If I could give no stars I would but I would NOT (and I mean ABSOLUTELY NOT) recommend this Wendy’s to ANYONE. All this is ON TOP of an almost 30 minute wait and already having to go up previously. If you’re looking for horrible customer service and to be degraded and treated with disrespect while also NOT getting what you pay for and cold food, ? please enjoy!

Not only is this like the most outdated wendy's around around but it is horrible service and obviously horribly managed. I pull up in the middle of a regular business day three o'clock in the afternoon on a saturday and I got turned away after sitting in the drive thru line because of shift change. Man I like Wendy's I just wish this store would get a better manager!

The cashier didn’t have it all together. I showed her the coupon for a $2 Dave’s double. She charged me full price and gave me $2 off! SMH! Then she said turn around the scanner doesn’t work. No excuses for not honoring the original coupon! Order in the app if you want to take advantage of the daves single and double special or you’ll be charged full price at the window.

This location is complete garbage. I had a large order for the office I'd used lots of my points on it that I can't get back plus the credit card which I'll do a charge back on. The location was open there were signs all around the building saying that it was open at 6:30 a.m. now. I was there at 8:00 a.m. no one would respond at the window no one would respond at the speaker All the doors to the building were locked. Instead of telling me "oh sorry we're closed" or something The employees just laughed at me and hid when I knocked on the door. Outrageous.
