I bought these “Sweet Deals” from here- you spend $25, and you get $50 worth of product. Simple? Not so simple. I brought these in, and they said “we don’t accept these anymore. We don’t have a contract with that company” I’m sorry? That’s not my fault? Sue that company for breach of contract? Or you did, then decided that you didn’t want to do this anymore. I have a feeling it’s the second. It’s very easy to cancel a Sweet Deal. I worked for the company that provided them. And you HAVE to absolutely sign up for a second round. Horrible, horrible business decision. Do not come here, bad atmosphere. It wasn’t clean I noticed on my way out.

This was me and my family’s first time visiting, and it won’t be our last. The customer service is great and the owner is very kind, she checks to make sure her customers are satisfied and taken care of. 10/10 experience.Kid-friendliness: My kiddos love it and she made them feel right at home !!!

Took the kids for an after school treat. They absolutely loved it!! Lots of fun flavors to choose from and the shaved ice is the softest we’ve ever had. The Polar Berry Blast is my new fav!! It’s sweet, slightly tangy and oh so crave-able. I see many more visits for us in the future. Highly recommend!!

Went in on a Sunday afternoon. They were out of a few syrup flavors that we wanted, but hopefully for them that’s a sign of booming business. Kind, friendly service, reasonable prices, and generous portions. Will definitely go back.

This one of the very few times that I leave a bad review. This one is for bad customer service at a birthday party of all times. For starters the business was short staffed & the woman running it seemed flustered & bothered. After paying ( giving a tip as well) my wife noticed that other customers following me were getting their food. She goes to ask when our food would be ready & we’re told the food wasn’t ready yet. Afterwards still waiting for food our neighbor hosting the birthday party noticed we hadn’t gotten our food as well so she goes to the lady running the business. We eventually get our food with the lady bringing it to us. Wanting to let us know she can’t skip tickets & don’t want us to have raw food but customers after us ordered the same thing getting food quickly. My wife asked what was she saying to clarify & gives her sass. Eventually we’re asked to leave the establishment. We will not be back to this place for whatever reason or occasion.
