Mom and Pop! Great price! Friendly server. Chicken lunch entree was good, except veggies included only onions, zucchini, little chopped cabbage and 2-3 slices of mushroom. No carrots, no broccoli. Yum Yum sauce is delicious with a hint of horseradish. Dining room was long and narrow, but clean; however, just next to the grill so noisy. If you seek private conversation ask for a table in the back. *Order ginger dressing on the side of your salad, as there was far too much on mine.
Eddie & Flora make consistenly fresh and delicious food. If you are looking for amazing Japanese style teppan without the theatrics you get at Sumo, Benihana, Kobe and the like, eat at Shonos. We frequent this restaurant almost every week. Ingredients are always very fresh, portions are large and prices are reasonable. This is a true mom & pop business and I hope they stay around forever!!

I live about 40 minutes from Shonos but still regularly drive out to get lunch or dinner because it is just so good. It has become my favorite place to get Japanese food. 100% recommend giving it a try.
