Yeah not coming back, almost 40 bucks for yogurt! And tasted awful....now I remembered why I stopped coming. I told the cashier I was not happy and she didnt even offer a refund. I barely even ate 2 bites...

I have come here a few times and the price is just outrageous for a small amount of yogurt. I try to get less yogurt but the price is still high. I then come to read the other reviews and they are clearly overcharging for the weight of the yogurt.

So, my yogurt was weighed at 16.9 without the spoon. The receipt CLEARLY shows they manually entered in a higher weight. According to the employee and the manager they are ALL trained to do that. This is illegal and wrong. It is deceitful and I didn't want to believe it was true, because WHO DOES THAT??

Also, even if they DIDNT charge the extra, why on EARTH is it almost a dollar an ounce??

Insane pricing, the consistency of the yogurt was ALL over the place. It's not clean. I just can't believe it. I used to manage a frozen yogurt shop, and I just can't imagine being this sloppy in the product, and this evil in practice. What a terrible business.

Edit: Was so frustrated I didn't realize I left my card info on the initial screenshot 🙃

Edit 2: Owner, you're a liar. There are MULTIPLE reviews that talk about specifically 2oz manual overcharges. That's WAY to precise to happen multiple times to multiple people. I've also tracked it three different times with three different employees myself, so yeah, it is impossible for people to have NOT been trained to do this. I also didn't say it was a dollar per oz, but that it is close. For the yogurt to be as inconsistent as it is, that's unacceptable.

This place is extremely overpriced. Charged us $32 for two yogurt ice cream bowls. Came here before and it was way cheaper. My last time coming here.

Cheater Alert!!
My 5-year-old loves frozen yogurt, so we often visit Yogurt Mountain on Hwy 150 near the Galleria. Today, we went to the store get the ice-cream and I noticed the price seemed higher than usual and asked the cashier if the price had gone up. She paused for a moment and then said, “Yes, it went up a bit.” That was an outright lie. When I looked at the receipt after I get home, I saw that the weight had been entered manually instead of being measured by the machine.

After calling the store to check on the weight, I was shocked to learn that the cashier had been trained by her manager to add 2–3 extra ounces to each customer’s bill, claiming it was “company policy.”

This is nothing short of cheating customers. Overcharging, especially when it’s intentional and directed by management is completely unacceptable. I ask everyone visiting this store to double check your receipt. Watch closely, because what you pay may not match what you actually get.

Cheating families, especially children, out of their treats is disgraceful.

Way too expensive for self serve yogurt. 35 dollars for two cups. Wouldn't mind paying if it was good, but nothing impressive about it. Tables and high chair were dirty. Employees spent all their time on their phones.

Check your weight and your receipt!! I was internally cheated. My yogurt weighed 6 oz, but the employee manually entered 8.5 oz without explanation. When I asked for a receipt, she seemed nervous and reluctant to provide one. I then saw where she had changed, raising the price about 2 dollars. It was not about the 2 dollars, I was upset that she intentionally did that. It was very dishonest.

Not only is it over priced...the Hot Fudge topping sprayed all over my shirt. When I told the person she said she knew that happened when it got low! From my neck to my waist I was splattered in hot fudge! The lady did offer me two wipes which with the amount of spray on my shirt. We spent over $60.00 I thought they might have given my yogurt for free or at least 10% off. My 2 grandchildren and husband won't be returning!!! BEWARE OF THE HOT FUDGE THEY DONT CHECK ON IT OFTEN!

It was amazing and I loved the flavors they offered..

I just left and the service was horrible and pricy. I debated on whether I should get a waffle bowl and I did. While eating it I noticed it was stale 🤢. This was horrible service. Overpriced for a stale cone and ice cream. I’m sticking to Cole stone and Brewster ice cream. This place is trash.
