Nothing wrong with the food here in my experience. 2 nights ago and tonight same issue however. Manager on duty, nobody was wearing name tags or I'd say your name. Best I can do is describe you to upper management. Thin black girl, long hair (weave), wearing a dark grey manager shirt with a black jacket over it. You are cute girl....but you gotta lose the tude! What a great Mickey Ds in Hope Hull! We used the app to order and stopped off for a quick visit while heading north on I-65. The young lady at the front counter was so nice and then a young guy at the drink machine helped with a cup carrier and extra sauce & ketchup. The order was correct and the food was yummy. We’ll definitely stop here again!

We have had issues here the last few times we came. Not really big issues but over time they add up. Today, they had no soft drinks so I chose lemonade and they charged extra for it and it was tiny! It wasn't my fault they had no soft drinks and I shouldn't have to pay extra. I have worked at McDonald's before and customers weren't treated like they are here. If we were out of something we tried to make it okay with the customer and we didn't charge them for our lack of product....read full review
