90% of my experiences with this restaurant are good but I felt the need to say something about a recent bad experience. I went and got food through the mobile KFC app for drive thru pickup. I requested my sandwich plain and by the time I got home to eat it discovered it had mayo on it. I couldn't drive back to the store at the time to take them the incorrect item so I threw it away and made a call this morning to request the situation be remedied only to be told you MUST...

Don't go to this restaurant it has gone down! Chicken is horrible dry, old tasting and just nasty like it's been drug across the floor! Not kidding the food has gotten this bad! And I grew up eating KFC but no longer. I will go to Popeyes chicken from now on in 5 points West! Soo much better than KFC ever was!
