I hadn't been in a couple of months, but boy was the service improved!!
In the past I wouldn't stop if the drivethru line had more than 2 cars. You would be late to wherever you were going.
Today, I was there around 1:15 and there were about four cars in front of me and the line was speedy!
The cars were leaving the window at a rapid pace. And to top it off, my food was delicious.

Employee at the window was nice enough but I ordered the 5 cheese Krystal combo that comes with chili cheese fries only to get two chili cheese dogs instead of the fries.
Ok, can all my friends please share.. I just left Krystals in Hueytown where I had my food thrown at me.. I got in line to order I started my order to be quickly interrupted with a total.. I ask if I could finish my order.. which apparently pissed off the guy at the window, I finish my order finally and drive around the guy opens the window tells us the total I hand him my card and then he turns and throws the first bag in the truck, the second and third bag were both thrown out...read full review
