“I came in to pick up an online order and had issues with the app not pushing my order through. Janice was extremely responsive, respectful and got me in and out without any issue while being extremely nice during the process. They seem a bit short staffed which made the experience better for me because she was quick and not rude in a situation that warrants frustration and can be overwhelming.
Edit: I’m updating because I’ve been back since this review and the service from her is still wonderful. I rarely get a customer service rep/worker that is consistent with their service (life happens and that can be inconsistent with mood) she looked a bit tired today as she was working solo but still maintained professionalism and kindness. There is a subway closer to where I work but I got the extra 5 minutes to this one BECAUSE I believe the service attitude will be better and they take my coupons ?↕️??“
“I came to get a sandwich. I was surprised when the lady who made my sandwich used the same gloves to make my sandwich as she used to operate the very obviously greasy oven. I don't like to be picky so I didn't say anything but when I asked for just a tad more of something because she only gave me 4 tomatoes and they were small,( I got a footlong!) She gave me an attitude ? then when my sandwich was done she made me wait for her to make the next person's sandwich before I could pay and get a drink and leave! I was kind of upset but didn't have time to say anything.Food tasted good. So nothing wrong there.“
