Subway in Birmingham

“THE TWO WOMEN EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE WAITED ON ME WERE PLIGHT AND KIND AND ALWAYS GOT MY ORDER RIGHT AND ALWAYS GOT ME IN AND OUT OF THERE IN NO TIME THAT I MADE IT TO WORK ON TIME AND MY STEAK AND CHEESE SUB WAS WONDERFUL THAT I HAD HALF FOR DINNER AND THE OTHER HALF FOR BREAKFAST SENSE I WORK 13 HOUR SHIFTS FROM 7:00 AT NIGHT TILL 8:30 IN THE MORNING THANKS TO THE LADIES FOR FIXING A GOOD SUB FOR ME TO ENJOY AND STAY SAFE AND WELL OUT THERE AND GOD BLESS EACH AND EVERYONE OF THEM ALWAYS AND FOREVER!??????‍♀️“

“My go to place for a good fast meal. The subs I get are just the way I want. The service is great. However, I am perplexed that the establishment is void of customers when I visit after work hours. Good for me on my way to an event at the BJCC or the not to far away high school.Parking: Parking is in rear of building away from the front entrance.“

“Great service had a mobile order got there checked in and it was incredibly busy but they team worked the lobby and the gentleman at the register made both my sandwiches stat and directly handed to me for the exit and was a BOGO 1/2 off mobile coupon!!!!“

“This Subway was absolutely amazing! We ordered almost 10 different sandwiches and the employee who took our order moved quickly and was sooo kind to us! We visit this Subway quite frequently and they are always quick and treat us and their other customers kindly.“

“Not sure about why the previous r a c i s t woman was complaining about but for me this Subway is one of the best with the most friendliest and cleanest staff. Just check their health score. Maybe she confused it for another Subway she has beef with, since no one wears aprons at this location. But for me the best Subway so far! Food is fresh and portions are great! “I had a last minute LARGE (literally 75 people) order. I made the order at 8:30am and was directed to EZ Cater for delivery-DO NOT DO THAT! Fast forward to about 10:15am I received a call from the store employee Melinda, who was handling our order because she had some follow up questions, she was so sweet and personable! Our order was set to arrive at 11am. At 11:10 I called and was told no driver had been assigned to our order by the EZ Cater company but they would assign one immediately and get our order on it's way. At 11:25ish they still were no where in site and I had been put on hold for an extended amount of time only to be told they had no idea what was wrong or happening. So because it was only about a 6 minute drive to the Subway I decided to head over and pick my order up myself. When I arrived Melinda told me that the EZ Cater company had called her and had been as rude to her as they had been to me. This woman worked her butt of to make this order and it looked and tasted awesome!!!! I will for sure go back to the Subway for a lite lunch to feed the masses again but I will not go thru the EZ Cater company to do so. I hope the owners of this subway know what a gem they have in their employee. She and the young gentleman who was helping her were AWESOME!!! Thank you Melinda for saving the day!!“

“The food is alright but they are always stingy with the veggies and whenever I get the chicken and bacon ranch melt it always come with the pre scooped meat and always only have like 5 in each tray. They only give you 2 trays per foot long.“

“Every time I go to the subway, I am greeted by name, and every employee E. is so nice the food is always delicious and it’s always a pleasant experience. if I’ve been having a bad day I go eat Subway for lunch just so I can have a good smile put on my face because everybody is so nice that works there. The food is always good and it’s reasonably priced. Thank you for all you do and I’ll keep coming back.“

“The service could definitely be friendlier but the food was good,fresh veggies and meat though the condiments are a bit bland but you get in and out and there is indoor and outdoor dining areas as most of the restaurants in the area have and the sandwiches go down easily but the drinks tasted a little funny ,other than that this a good place to eat and cheap as well“

“I had visited this restaurant just a day before and i got quick service, moreover the staff was very polite, well organised and tidy at all times.I highly recommend the subway on 1700 Tallapoosa st, Birmingham, AL 35324 If you’re planning your breakfast or lunch along your trip, Furthermore, you can also fuel up your car on one stop as it situated beside the gas station so obviously it’s considered as time saving stop. “Everyone is nice and professional. Food is always right. Brian is fantastic! Always hustling, quick to greet and thank you. I've not had a negative experience in the year I've worked at UAB and I order from here just about once a week.“

“Years ago, i contacted Google to get this place correctly listed. And, back then, they had a good staff. Now, i'm not so sure about this new crew. They have strange hours and i've seen the place closed on a Saturday and the "open" sign running at 3:45am.“

“My family and I like to go here quite often. It is near and clean and I love how they can close the glass cases on the food especially during this time while COVID, the flu and RSV are running rampant! My fíance and I have discovered the pizzas that we put extra marinara sauce on, then pepperoni, cappicoli (spiced ham), tomatoes, black olives and anything else then top it with mozzarella and parmesan cheese toast it and wha-la!!! It's an excellent personal pan pizza!!¡! They have salami too!!! Try it but be warned, they have a bunch of great looking new sandwiches too!!!! Really good Subway and please tip the workers in that on the counter!! They aren't allowed to write tip jar on it for some reason but that's what it is!!!“

“This location is much better than most Subways in town. The staff seems to turn over less often which means they have veterans that can make sandwiches quickly. Other Subways in town are painfully slow. This one is much better. I only take off 1 star because the meats are cut so thin (at all Subways).“

“Good customer service & the server know how to use her gloves..she take them off when touching sauces & seasonings ..I definitely don't mind her making my food !! That's the appropriate way remove gloves wen not touching food ..put on when touching food ..she understands the assignment !!!“

“Nice chain restaurant establishment conveniently located in the financial district of Birmingham. The salads and sandwiches are good and the bread is always fresh. I’m a fan of the Cold Cut Combo, Italian BMT, Meatball Sub, and the Black Forest Ham. The Buffalo Chicken and Chicken Teriyaki are good too. You can turn any sandwich into a salad as well. The pizzas are pretty good as well. Oh, and don’t forget the cookies. Parking can be a challenge.“

“Tried a new sandwich...Chicken Bacon Ranch...it was really GOOD!!! THE Rasberry cheeaecake cookie is also really good...One of the girls working had a slight attitude but wasn't to the point of rude. She could have been a little more friendlier. All in all it was a pretty good experience and the food was really good...“

“This place would be terrible without Henry. Wish the manager would realize that too. Henry, even if in a bad mood will talk with you and not be rude if you ask "huh?" a million times because you can't hear through the glass lol The food is delicious and the restaurant is always clean.“

“My job allowed us to order lunch via grubhub for employee appreciation. I decided on subway as it just made the most sense for me. I had a 6 inch Titan turkey ( I believe) and a bag of spicy dill pickle chips. I really enjoyed the two together. The chips were amazing and now l'm on the hunt for a big bag!!! This was a good subway experience despite not actually visiting the establishment.“

“My son and I love this location . Ms Brenda was the MVP THERE WHERE 7 customers in line and she was the only associate on the counter . We saw at least 3 other employees busseling around , nobody helped Mrs Brenda . She never skipped a beat . She was friendly and never lost her cool . This store is blessed to have this fine lady .Parking: Never seen such a clean parking lot“

“Had the best customer service that I have received in a long time from this store last night by a wonderful employee named Lisa! She was working by herself with a long line about an hour before close. She had a great professional and courteous attitude. Will be making this location my go to for Subway!“
