Subway in Birmingham

“Stopped in after midnight and my expectations were totally exceeded. The entire store was immaculate. Dining room was clean, store was stocked with everything we wanted, and the sandwich artist was amazing. She made our sandwiches perfectly. Will definitely go to this subway again as most subways have lost the care to serve or clean properly.“

“I go here at least once per week for lunch during working hours, and when my kids want to go out to eat, they always request to go here for dinner on the weekend as well. The sandwiches and the salads are absolutely amazing since everything is fresh, and you get to pick every single ingredient as they make it for you. I cannot believe how fantastic the food and service is here, and the entertainment that Andy, Tina and Nida provide is a nice bonus too! :)“

“Every time I go to the subway, I am greeted by name, and every employee E. is so nice the food is always delicious and it’s always a pleasant experience. if I’ve been having a bad day I go eat Subway for lunch just so I can have a good smile put on my face because everybody is so nice that works there. “This is my favorite Subway in the area. It's always clean and the service is always fast and friendly. I usually order the Italian BMT, and it never disappoints, also when I want something sweet, the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies are my favorite.“

“The costumer service is amazing. Went there on my lunch break today and this one girl was working by herself. She was fast and friendly. She told me her uncle owned the subway and if you see this please give her a raise. She deserves it.“

“My go to place for a good fast meal. The subs I get are just the way I want. The service is great. However, I am perplexed that the establishment is void of customers when I visit after work hours. Good for me on my way to an event at the BJCC or the not to far away high school.

Parking: Parking is in rear of building away from the front entrance.“

“This subway is always packed but the team handles their customers so well, the line is always moving super fast and efficiently. Bryant and his team are always prepped and well-prepared for the anticipating crowd everyday. This is the only subway that I visit frequently because the food looks so fresh, store is clean and you can tell they attend to everything with care. They are the reason I continue to come back. They know their customers like they are family. Kudos to store #46968! The owner needs to provide this Subway team with raises! They are setting the standards high daily compared to any Subway I visited before.“

I have to rave about Teressa at the Subway in Crestwood! The food line was absolutely immaculate—seriously, it looked ready for a commercial. You can tell she takes pride in her work and treats the restaurant like she owns it. She was professional, warm, welcoming, and made the entire experience enjoyable. This was the best customer service I’ve had at any food establishment in years. Subway is lucky to have her—she definitely deserves a raise!“

“I ordered through the app! Asked for extra mayonnaise and got no mayonnaises! Good thing I was headed to the house, because my sandwich tasted like pure mustard, but I only ordered regular mustard! The woman behind the counter kept charging a patient like $3.00 for a small drink! The service was awful and the cashier seemed to speak little English! This experience makes me not want to visit Subway for a long time! Absolutely Awful! ?

“My family and I like to go here quite often. It is near and clean and I love how they can close the glass cases on the food especially during this time while COVID, the flu and RSV are running rampant! My fíance and I have discovered the pizzas that we put extra marinara sauce on, then pepperoni, cappicoli (spiced ham), tomatoes, black olives and anything else then top it with mozzarella and parmesan cheese toast it and wha-la!!! It's an excellent personal pan pizza!!¡! They have salami too!!! Try it but be warned, they have a bunch of great looking new sandwiches too!!!! Really good Subway and please tip the workers in that on the counter!! They aren't allowed to write tip jar on it for some reason but that's what it is!!!“

“After going to two other locations and leaving because they were rude… we ended up at this subway. We didn’t get here until 530 and they closed at 6. We were hoping and praying they took us. We needed 5 foot longs. Upon entering we were greeted. There was an older lady alone and she got right to work on our orders with no hesitation and with a smile. As she was finishing up a gentleman came in to finish helping her. No attitudes, didn’t make us feel unwanted….. She was even nice enough to let my two children use the restroom even though there’s no public restroom. I would definitely visit again.“

“Years ago, i contacted Google to get this place correctly listed. And, back then, they had a good staff. Now, i'm not so sure about this new crew. They have strange hours and i've seen the place closed on a Saturday and the "open" sign running at 3:45am.“

“I asked the sandwich maker if I could improvise on my 6 in club regarding the meat and he said No! I thought customers could make any kind of sandwich they wanted. He had a very blah demeanor. Maybe mine was too. I was in town for surgery and I was lost trying to find my way around bham. I truly hate coming to this city with all these twist and turns. “Good customer service & the server know how to use her gloves..she take them off when touching sauces & seasonings ..I definitely don't mind her making my food !! That's the appropriate way remove gloves wen not touching food ..put on when touching food ..she understands the assignment !!!“

“This location is much better than most Subways in town. The staff seems to turn over less often which means they have veterans that can make sandwiches quickly. Other Subways in town are painfully slow. This one is much better. I only take off 1 star because the meats are cut so thin (at all Subways).“

We aren’t local we just happened to stop the two ladies were very nice and we’re on point with the sauces I’ve had it happen where they aren’t careful with the sauce and it’s leaks from the sides and bread gets soggy and it makes a mess when u open the wrapper that was not the case here sand which was the best I’ve had from a subway ?“

“My son and I love this location . Ms Brenda was the MVP THERE WHERE 7 customers in line and she was the only associate on the counter . We saw at least 3 other employees busseling around , nobody helped Mrs Brenda . She never skipped a beat . She was friendly and never lost her cool . This store is blessed to have this fine lady .
