I recently hosted a graduation dinner at 116 Noble. The food was ah-mazing! Chef Noble took the time to collaborate with me on a menu that included my son’s favorite dishes. His staff was excellent and very attentive. Chef gave his backstory which added to the ambiance of the private dining experience. 10/10 highly recommend hosting a private dinner at 116 Noble.

My wife and I had the wonderful opportunity to join an exclusive dining out experience at 116 Noble. Chef Allen prepared much of the food right in front of us, breaking down the nuances of the dish, while also giving the history to why it is important to him. The entire staff was absolutely amazing, going above beyond to make sure our experience was memorable. We really enjoyed the intimate setting and conversations with other dinner guests, as there was only a handful.
We left completely blown away, having one of the best meals we've ever had. We hope to return in the future!
If you're on the fence, go experience what they have to offer. I highly doubt you'll leave disappointed.

The food was great, the mimosas were just as great. Me and my mom are already planning on going back for the event on her birthday, can't wait!

Upon our arrival, he graciously welcomed us with a smile and shared the story behind 116 Noble. The culinary selections were excellent, from flavorful lamb and juicy steak to delicious vegan dishes. The chef's skillful blend of flavors guaranteed that each course was a truly unique experience.
Reserved brunch for our party of four. Really enjoyed Chef Noble's menu rundown, giving a personalized take on family ingredients and recipes. Tommy Friend was creating an awesome vibe with his sweet sax music. Each offering on the buffet popped in some way. My group's favorites were the blackberry compote, which had a crisp, citrus tang which complimented the brown sugar French toast perfectly, and the crawfish etouffee, which went well with all of the savory dishes. I loved that the experience was relaxed, not rushed. It was a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Can't wait to experience the supper club soon.

What a night! Chef Noble did a fantastic job putting the March Supper Club menu together, and providing an intimate and elevated dining experience. Each course was carefully considered, with seasonal ingredients and layers of flavors that revealed themselves at different times within each bite. His interactions with us were greatly appreciated, and helped us understand the complexity of flavors in certain dishes. Overall a fabulous experience, and we cannot wait to see what he creates for the next Supper Club.Additionally, the servers were extremely attentive and considerate. They also made the night special with their kindness, and attention to detail.The ambiance of the location was perfect (just enough romantic lighting to look good, stunningly beautiful flower arrangements, and nostalgic instrumental hits background music that had us singing in our seats). We also greatly appreciated the very clean restrooms. Overall, a wonderful night, delicious food, and unique Huntsville experience. We cannot wait to experience again!
