This establishment is the best place for hosting a private dinner in HSV, AL. The ambiance was outstanding, the decor elegant, and the chef truly outstanding. Upon our arrival, he graciously welcomed us with a smile and shared the story behind 116 Noble. The culinary selections were excellent, from flavorful lamb and juicy steak to delicious vegan dishes. The chef's skillful blend of flavors guaranteed that each course was a truly unique experience.
Reserved brunch for our party of four. Really enjoyed Chef Noble's menu rundown, giving a personalized take on family ingredients and recipes. Tommy Friend was creating an awesome vibe with his sweet sax music. Each offering on the buffet popped in some way. My group's favorites were the blackberry compote, which had a crisp, citrus tang which complimented the brown sugar French toast perfectly, and the crawfish etouffee, which went well with all of the savory dishes....
Everything was amazing! This place catered my mother’s birthday dinner and the team, food, and service was amazing. Thank you so much❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. We will definitely be back.
