My original review was accidentally listed under my volunteer email address. I'm reviewing the establishment again under my email address. The owner responded with a request for additional information regarding my visit. There was one car ahead of me in my lane. The other lane consisted of three cars. The representative in the second lane ignored my car and went to the third car instead of coming to my car to take my order. The representative in my lane saw me waiting but kept talking/bending over leaning into to the car. Typically, the representatives come to the next car and take the order. I was told that the service was always friendly. It wasn’t at 4:59 pm October 1st on University drive. I drive out of the establishment, and they simply didn't care. They continued to talk in a group huddle with their coworkers.

Great service always fast and delish when you get your drink. Workers are always so nice and helpful to what to choose. I would recommend trying their blended style and they have zero sugar flavors and that’s always nice when you can’t have much sugar.

The guy taking our order was unfriendly and unhelpful. We normally have a wonderful experience here with the employees being overly friendly. I hate to say he made our experience uncomfortable. We have a scooters down the road we can always go to.

I’m a new 7brew addict. This is the kind of business I want to support. So much more economical than Starbucks but you don’t miss out on any of the flavor. They don’t charge extra for different flavors or milks. Their customer service is astounding. Highly recommend!
