Wonderful experience. We had the shrimp Benny with grits. And it was great. Highly recommend. Fast friendly service also.

Pretty mediocre. Good amount of food. Only vegetarian option was veggie omelette which was fine except the spinach wasn’t cooked enough. Potatoes were also just fine. Servers were very friendly and attentive! Overall would say it’s fine but definitely not a favorite and I probably will not go back.

It was okay. I asked for a cup of hot tea. They only had green tea and chamomile. I wanted black tea and the waitress said they ran out yesterday. Really?! How can you run out of regular tea? And if that happens, send someone to the store for a box of tea bags. It’s not that hard. Food is mediocre. It was warm, but not hot. Toast served without butter. Brought when we asked for it, but should have been served without butter the meal. Maybe they don’t have enough servers, but it seemed like they did not have their act together as far as serving and table turnover.

The food here at the downtown location never disappoints! Our waiter was excellent, if only all servers were this attentive and authentic. I have lived here for a few years and it's my go-to recommendation for breakfast and brunch!

Greeted and sat as soon as we walked in but immediately became invisible for the next 25 minutes as staff passed us and never even acknowledged us. Got up and walked back out with no further interaction.

Other locations are much more impressive.

This was our 1st time.
Ordered the Biscuit and Gravy..
Had a lot of pepper in the gravy....little too hot for my taste..needs little more gravy with it. Service was good...
Because we were not satisfied...they voided our ticket.
You would just have to go try for yourself.

What an amazing breakfast!! The eggs Benedict were so good!! I’m not from the south, and grits are not common where I’m from, so I had to try them. I was not disappointed!! The city grits were delicious!

Ordered the Sonoma club sandwich and chicken tortilla soup. In my photo included you can see what was advertised versus delivered - thin, overcooked, missing guac and onions. Separately the soup was half full and stuffed with wilted/soaked tortilla strips.

I called right after I got back to my hotel to ask for just a few dollars back for the missing ingredients. I was told a manager wasn’t available but the refund would be issued in two days. Four days later still nothing.

Not busy today, so no waiting!!! Lucky pair! Omlets were great!

Food was delicious. Service (from Kayleigh?) was perfect - attentive when required & not over-bearing. Therefore value for money was great.
