Applebee's Grill + Bar

I have been harsh in the past because of service, the long waiting times, the mood, the attitude. I have to say that over the past few months, they have had staff turnover and the improvements are incredible!! The people eating seem happier. When I am there for Door Dash, the waiting time is minimal, and recipients of the food seem much happier because we are getting better ratings as well. The staff is professional, respectful, friendly. The people dining in seem happier because the staff is letting them converse amongst themselves, not interfering with their dining experience like what was happening before. The improvements really show and I have to commend the staff and management! I would recommend delivery, online ordering or eating in the restaurant. I think you would be very pleased compared to anything you have had in the past.

Burger was awesome. We go weekly. Service top notch, for being a regular. We don't even have to order anymore, just walk in and sit down and the drinks and food come quickly.

Food is a crap shoot sometimes good and hot other times not. My main reason for this review however is their specialty drinks for adults. The newest ones they have Smoocho Sips that are supposed to come with the shaker do not even thought the ad says it does. When we inquired why it did not we were told it really was no big deal because it's all ice anyway. So the multiply pours is BS. Beware and don't fall for these.

The Prime Rib Dipper sandwich was missing a few ingredients like no onions or cheese, just meat...also the dipping onion soup was super small, the sandwich couldn't be dipped, and the fries were cold and smaller than last time I ordered it....overall, it was unsatisfying.

The food was absolutely disgusting! The atmosphere is dead and feels unwelcoming! The waiter we had was amazing and made very good drinks but the manager who also happened to be cooking was very unpleasant and the food very bland. The steak was mostly fat and the chicken tortilla tasted only like flour 🤮🤮🤮 was super hungry and looking forward to this meal only to be let down and highly disappointed!

My husband and I went for Veterans Day. He is a veteran, so his meal was free.
The service was pretty slow, but it was busy.
My only complaint was my husband's steak. The free lunch was for a 6oz sirloin, and he ordered it medium rare. When we finally got our food, the steak was cooked down to nothing. However, the waitress said we were done and didn't charge for my meal.
So if you go, just don't order the steak.😂

If I could give negative 10 I would. I placed an order for pickup and arrived a little early so I stand waiting. I look in the kitchen and witness an employee take food out of a Togo container and eat it!!!! This same employee comes over to me and asks how she can help. I tell her my name and she said I just got your order ready she then goes and placed that same container that she ate out of in a bag. REALLY that was my order. So I tell her I dont want it because she ate out of it. She said it was JUST a fry. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. She goes and tells the manager I dont want my order bc I saw her eat a fry. He never came out. Told her to tell me to cancel the order online which was not an option. So I asked for him. He comes out and said I'll have to wait 30 min for refund. NEVER ONE TIME DID HE OFFER TO MAKE IT RIGHT OR EVEN APOLOGIZE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

A Roach was climbing on wall by us and very understaffed.. Also only one part of building had air conditioner
