Family Night

Went for dinner with two friends, a party of four. The place was almost empty. The server came, took our orders, brought drinks. It was over thirty minutes getting the main dishes out. The food was good

It's obvious that they are very short handed.

I had an incredible dining experience at Applebee's, and I owe a huge part of that to our amazing waitress, Madison! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she offered great recommendations that truly elevated our meal.

Madison was attentive without being overbearing, ensuring our drinks were always full and checking in at just the right times. She made sure we were enjoying our food and even went the extra mile by accommodating a special request with grace and efficiency.

Not only was her service top-notch, but her friendly demeanor really added to the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. It’s clear she genuinely enjoys her job and cares about her customers.

Placed a Togo order said it was ready at 2:12

I arrived on time and I called them at 2:25 after checking in still no food.

At 2:40 I called again.

2:50 I finally got my food got home and this tasted awful. The wings was absolutely covered in sauce that tasted old.

I would rather have ate uncooked ramen noodles then eating this meal that I paid $20 for and threw in the garbage I couldn’t eat it.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, walked in and took them 10 minutes atleast before i got seated and there was only about 2 other tables in there, ordered my food and it took them an HOUR just for me to receive my food while another who got seated after me received their food my food was ABSOLUTELY COLD! seemed like they had it just sitting in the back for 15 minutes.
AND ON TOP OF THIS they took out a tip on my card without me knowing😭 im so disappointed .

Terrible service everytime and mediocre food. They are never busy so I dont get it. We have tried twice and both times left disappointed. Once we left before even getting drinks...after 20 minutes no one came to our table. We won't be back...also there is a strong sewage smell in their restrooms like they have a plumbing issue they need to address.

The waitress was good. We had a little wait on the food. But the food was good. There was a mouse sticky pad on the floor, and there was a gross smell in the bathroom and the bathroom area.

I got the Bacon ranch chicken sandwich. It was very tasty. I ordered online. When I got there my order was ready. No complaints. Good sandwich and service.👍👍

Our server was really helpful. She had a great sense of humor. It didn't take long to be waited on because the restaurant had just opened.

My friend ordered a ceasar salad (no dressing) as a starter and the chicken finger meal as their entre.

I ordered the ceasar salad for my starter and chicken alfredo for my entre and ordered the blondie for dessert for us to share.

All of the food smelled, looked, and tasted good with the exception of my ceasar salad. I think they added the dressing that my friend didn't want to my salad. There was so much dressing on that little salad. I tried to eat it, but it was saturated.

All in all, we had a great experience, an awesome server, and good food, with the exception of my saturated ceasar salad.
