Applebee's Grill + Bar

The service was very slow and we continually had to ask for refills. They were out of broccoli (not a big deal) so ordered fries instead but never received them. Ordered spinach artichoke dip that was really good but we’re given a way smaller amount of chips than we normally get with the appetizer and most of the chips we did receive were crumbled into tiny pieces. We asked for more chips and never received those either.

I enjoy the casual atmosphere and the healthy options. This location I have never seen it busy. It should be. Every person who has waited on us has been kind and helpful. The food is cooked well and one can easily get in and out within an hour if you are in a rush.

Went in just to have the butter pecan dessert. Waiter was great. Saw ROACHES crawling on the floor near our table as we were leaving.

The entire family was sick after eating here. One person in our group (group of 4) didn't get their food until everyone else was done eating. Everything took entirely too long. We ate lunch here a there were 3 other people in the building...no crowd at all. We had to get up from our table and track someone down in order to pay for our food. Terrible experience! Will never be back and don't suggest it to anyone else.

Went down Veterans Day to get my meal that you can get for free on that day, and the service bartender was very nice, as well as other staff that was there.

I went there to get a steak with my wife it's the first time we went out on a date since we moved to Alabama. Are waitresses very nice and tried to be accommodating but with the rest of the staff it was not a pleasant dining experience. When we were first seated we asked for drinks my wife ordered a blue Hawaiian and I just got a sweet tea. My sweet tea came out right away but my wife's drink I took about 40 minutes and it looked like the bartender was just making one drink at a time. It took about another 30 minutes before our food came out and was not good. I ordered the bourbon steak and my wife ordered the quesadilla salad. My steak looked like cooked liver with a pale color. I started cutting it opened it looks like it was cooked past well done was really tough and didn't even look at it all edible. We were so disappointed because we always went to Applebee's in San Diego and it was always good all of the time.

I would’ve put 0 if I could..had this lastnight now have food poison this morning..don’t eat here if your last breath depended on it..something is not right with this location and this is scary honestly.

Every time I come it’s a hit or miss. Employees eat during shift , never in a uniform but personal clothing. Waitress rarely checks on you , tables / seating is never fully clean. And most importantly hand hygiene I’ve saw on a male employee was terrible. Handling food you’d think there would be precautions and practice good hygiene. Y'all gotta do better idk what type of management is running this restaurant.

I got two meals that cost me 53 bucks and I ask for well done steak we’ll get home getting ready to eat and guess what both our steaks where so pink that I had to cook them myself and for that price I think they owe me either my money back or two free meals

They didn't welcome me at all like others were . Also I was never asked how was everything or did I need a refill as other talks were asked I havent been to a Applebee's in a long time I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO 231 431 APPLEBEES EVER THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE NOW I KNOW WHY ITS NOT BUSY . I CALLED AFTER LEAVING THE RESTAURANT TO SPEAK WITH MANAGER AND I WAS TOLD HES TO BUSY TO COME TO THE PHONE LOL I JUST LEFT AND THERE WERE HARDLY NO ONE IN THE RESTAURANT..SO APPLEBEES YOU RATE A 0 FORM ME AND I WONT EVER GO BACK

The service was great, food and atmosphere was amazing.. We came in for lunch and it was only two servers there one running the bar and one half of the restaurant and the the lady the other half, our waitress was friendly and She was very polite and had a great attitude her tableside manners was excellent she kept a smile on her face of refills and shaking on us to make sure everything was okay food came out fast and excellent. Are waitress who needs to be recognized what's Brenda and for her to only be there 2 weeks she was amazing, now the night shift crew if they were as friendly and had great tableside manners as Ms Brenda we would eat there for dinner. I give five stars for the food being fresh and hot the service being excellent and the atmosphere not being hostile and full of attitude as it is on night shift before we left there was an A&m party going on and while the lady at the bar was handling it Ms Brenda was helping and running around helping her as well making sure the tables she already had had refills and was ok. This is what you call a team player..Great job Ms Brenda we appreciate you and your smile

Quiet establishment but it was due to nearby road construction. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ordered chicken Parmesan Alfredo. Portions was reasonable and delicious. I'm sure once construction is complete, it will be crowded again during dinner hours.
