Arby's in Huntsville

“It is not very often that we give any fast food establishment 5 stars, but this Arby's did everything right. The person taking the order was very nice and helpful. The food was given to us quickly, and everything was correct. Everyone involved in getting us our order was very nice. We will be going back.“

“I thought that Arby's had the best Fish Sandwich out of all Fast food restaurants. Wrong. When the person in the back is complaining and ask who orders a fish sandwich from Arby's. REALLY! Then fries are cold when you order them at the pickup counter. You try to explain the fries are cold but the lazy , rude employees refuse to make some fresh. Makes me never wanna go back. Do better Arby's“

She made choosing my meal easy and even put a smile on my face with her positive attitude. It’s nice to meet someone who clearly enjoys their work and makes customers feel welcome just by being themselves.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the food—it tasted fresh and satisfying without that heavy fast food feeling. I ordered a few lighter items from the menu, and they really hit the spot.

The service was quick, and everything was clean and well-kept, including the women’s restroom, which was spotless (a detail that really makes a difference when you’re dining out). Big thanks to the folks behind the counter and behind the scenes—the food was great, and your efforts didn’t go unnoticed.
