Arby's in Huntsville

“Stopped here for lunch while traveling. The sandwich had a good taste but if im honest it was a little cold. Other than that, the food was great.

The lady up front was very nice and polite.

The restaurant was clean.

If traveling in area again, I would eat here and eat again.“

“One of the nicer Arby's we have been to. The drive through employee was very friendly, and our order was exactly right, which is always a nice bonus at a fast food restaurant! I tried the new Large Meat and Three box with a French Dip sandwich, cheese sticks, potato cakes and a Peach Cobbler Roll. My hubby had a Half-Pound meal with potato cakes. Both meals were hot and fresh, and packaged well. Plenty of condiments and napkins were included as well. The French Dip came with a cup of Au Jus for dipping, and it really elevated the sandwich beyond a typical plain roast beef sandwich. The cheese sticks were good, and came with marinara sauce for dipping. The potato cakes are always great. But, let's talk about that Peach Cobbler Roll. That was just ridiculously yummy! I could see myself eating a handful of those things like french fries....Super good! The meal also came with a small drink, so for $10, it was a total bargain. We will definitely stop by and have another soon!“

“They are a busy store with no employees trying to make it work and foe that with what they have they did great....Hope people can understand alot of places have no help so you have to bare with them through this time...This is for every fast food place...“

“Way more respectful than BK! They were ready and present to serve and even more upbeat and servicing. I’m not a fan of the food because it was too meaty, but if a lot of meat is your style then that’s the place for you. but the customer service was top notch.“

“I had a great experience at the Arby’s in Jones Valley today! Chelsie took my order and was absolutely delightful—friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful. She made choosing my meal easy and even put a smile on my face with her positive attitude. It’s nice to meet someone who clearly enjoys their work and makes customers feel welcome just by being themselves.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the food—it tasted fresh and satisfying without that heavy fast food feeling. I ordered a few lighter items from the menu, and they really hit the spot.

The service was quick, and everything was clean and well-kept, including the women’s restroom, which was spotless (a detail that really makes a difference when you’re dining out). Big thanks to the folks behind the counter and behind the scenes—the food was great, and your efforts didn’t go unnoticed.
