Arby's came through with warm food and great service. One of the best Arby's I've visited. The roast beef is my go to but the steak bites are tender. The cheese sticks were great.

I am not a regular at Arby’s and wasn’t the most familiar with the menu. Lisa was on the speaker and treated me horribly anytime I had a question or needed clarification. She had an attitude and was annoyed by my order. She is extremely confrontational and RUDE. I will never come back to this location because of LISA and LISA alone! Corporate do something!

Lisa cussed at me through the window after I grabbed my food too hard for her and then slammed it and locked it like I was going to come through it at her. This is not my first experience with her being extremely rude and cussing at me as a customer.

Vermonica’s enthusiasm was so amazing! I asked for her name so I could leave her a 5 star review. The QR code on the receipt didn’t work so I went straight to google to leave the review. You don’t see that level of professionalism every day. You can tell she truly loves her job!

If you want to go to Arby's please go to the one at valley bend this went on the parkway. Employees are rude. They don't care about their customers.. I got so tired of seeing the employees inside the drive-thru so consumed with themselves that I canceled my order and drove off

The food was delicious. I haven't had a Beef & Cheedar in a while. It was good. My husband had the Classic Roast Beef. The service was fast. The restaurant was clean.
Walked over from Mavis tires to get a bite to eat and was really pleasantly surprised by how awesome the customer service was. The cashier with the pink hair is an absolute treasure. Thank you so much for brightening our day!

Decided to try the new Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich today. The sandwich was large and filled with shaved beef, peppers and onions, and melty cheese. I had a side of potato cakes and an Orange Cream milkshake with it. It was a great combination. The cheesesteak had a lot of garlic flavor, and it was good, but I honestly like the regular roast beef sandwiches better. My hubby liked the cheesesteak, and will probably order it again.
