Manager named CP is awful and rude. I will NEVER use this location as long as he’s employed there. Experience so bad I had to call corporate guest services. Plus your dining room should be open not everyone wants to eat in their cars!

Pull up : ? "order ya food" orders food. Added a cheese stick "you gone tell me how many you want " asked how do they come this man gone tell me it's in front of my face!!! Hey man take that angry gentleman out the order taking window. He's super rude! I definitely had them cancel my whole order because of his nasty attitude!!! I wasnt even gonna leave a review because of grace and all but I came back to work telling my coworkers how insane that experience was and that man did the same thing to their mom!!!! She ordered a large fry and he said the same thing to her, you gone tell me which one you want. She didn't even know arbys had regular fries!!! He also told her it was in front of her face. What's wrong with yall man.

We went through the drive thru tonight. The lady that takes and manages the orders was the best. It was late, everyone was tired and hungry; and she was caring, friendly and efficient. Customer service matters, and she made a positive impact in our night. Thank you!
Only complaints I really have are sometimes the lobby is closed when it should be open and the parking lot is full of pot holes. Food is as expected. Service is usually very friendly.

Came for the Gyros and was greeted like family. Very pleasant experience. The Gyros and the crispy buffalo chicken wrap were delicious.
