I always get either the beef & cheddar sandwich or the Greek gyro when I come here to eat, which for me is not often enough! Do I even need to mention the curly fries.... decadent!

I just sat and watched 2 coworkers have a 3 minute conversation with my food (with an open bag) up in the air while the gossip of the day was discussed. Then she walks to my truck and ask me what I had! Mind you 3 people have had to get out of their vehicles and take their bags BACK INTO THE RESTAURANT!!!!!! I WONDER WHY?!?!??!

We stopped in today for lunch and I just have to say the staff was so friendly and served us so well. This was the best fast food experience I have had in a long time.
Low customer service the girl offered to give my money back because she had a attitude like thank you I didn't lose anything but strawberry shake that I didn't need anyway plus nobody ever has on gloves when the fix your food nasty I tell you waff 48 news will have em on kitchen cops again soon if they keep up that bad service and nasty people.

Rude, slow, and unprofessional. Sat in the drive through forever with only one car ahead of me. They didn’t even want to take my order at first. Get with the program!!!! Hire better people.
Just went through the drive thru and the employee was super rude! She didn't sound like she wanted to take anyone's orders or she obviously don't want her job! Horrible customer service! I wouldn't recommend this Arby's to anyone until they change their staff or learn proper customer service!

Usually when I eat lunch here it's pretty good in all areas . The other day the young girl that was working the counter absolutely sucked ! Very rude ! No hi welcome to Arby's , thank you or nothing. Just plain face with no nothing. Should get her a better attitude or fire her ass ! ! ! Don't tell me you can't find anybody to work cause Chick fil-A and Fives Guys are running over with employees. She shouldn't even been there cause now me and my Crew will not be back there . Hardly any meat in my Gyro ( supposedly 3oz. ) , sorry but for an almost $12 meal ...... not except able!

The wait is ridiculous long. Drive-thru and when I asked if I could get something for the long wait the manager said I mean everyone is waiting I was the only car and one ahead of me. Her response was off putting so I canceled the order one sandwich. Going somewhere else
