Foods good, some of the staff are great. Logan, one of their managers goes above and beyond to help customers out. I can't say the same for most of the others.Other than that, they don't always keep regular hours or pretend to be closed around closing times which since Covid, seems to be alright. Sometimes up to over an hour they have just locked up and ignored customers in the drive through.They are short staffed so I understand that and took it into account. If they lose Logan that Arby's will fail.
Stopped by to check out the local Arby's..... Just to find out the very "Shake makin machine" couldn't deliver a Mint Chocolate chip shake..... I was devastated ?? ok not really the young lady at the window apologized and was a good sport about it, as was I.... Friendly despite issues out of their control. Will stop in again for my shake hopefully.P. S...... If this place or any other doesn't have something...... Remember it's probably not the person you're talking to's fault.... Don't take your disappointment out on them!!!!We all just people trying to live happy!!P. P. S.Owner, did you read my review? It was positive and the shake part I was not devastated..... Just playing around(shake machine was not working) it's all good. Thanks for the prompt response!

This Arby's location is the worst in Huntsville, Alabama. They forget sauces, do not follow customer requests such as no cheese on sandwiches (I'm lactose intolerant), and always get drinks wrong (sometimes they forget your drink). Do yourself a favor and stay away from this Arby's location!

Employees were playing behind counter and gave me the wrong order they were quick to fix it tho. Also could see from the lobby a young man spraying a broom off in what was clearly a dish sink..... kinda ?
