Went through the drive-thru and before we left the parking lot noticed there was a hair on th3 mozzarella stick. Took it inside for an exchange and the cashier said she doesn't know how that could have happened. Got a new order of mozzarella sticks. We got home to eat and finished one part of my loaded italian sandwich, opened the other to rearrange the lettuce and tomato and saw hair on it. I immediately threw everything away to include the strawberry lemonade. I don't know who's making the food in the back, but hair nets, hats or something need to be worn when assembling food. This is unacceptable and flat out disgusting. The sandwiches were poorly assembled as well.

Does not even deserve one star. I saw this sandwich in a commercial and thought, yeah. Today I will not cook. So I spent 8.71 for a sandwich. This is what I got!! Never again ARBY’S. Never again. What a waist of my money. A thin slice, I mean A Single thin slice of meat and some crumbles and two pickles. 8.71. What a huge rip off.

I ordered a Smokehouse Brisket, sandwich and the taste was of, like the meet had turned and there were out of the string Onions that were supposed to be on it, but they didn't bother to tell me until I asked. The manager seemed like they could be bother about it and didn't even try to make it right. The cashier was nice, but this might be the last time I eat at this Arby's on off of Hwy 72 in Chase, AL.

It is not very often that we give any fast food establishment 5 stars, but this Arby's did everything right. The person taking the order was very nice and helpful. The food was given to us quickly, and everything was correct. Everyone involved in getting us our order was very nice. We will be going back.
