I ordered a Smokehouse Brisket, sandwich and the taste was of, like the meet had turned and there were out of the string Onions that were supposed to be on it, but they didn't bother to tell me until I asked. The manager seemed like they could be bother about it and didn't even try to make it right. The cashier was nice, but this might be the last time I eat at this Arby's on off of Hwy 72 in Chase, AL.

It is not very often that we give any fast food establishment 5 stars, but this Arby's did everything right. The person taking the order was very nice and helpful. The food was given to us quickly, and everything was correct. Everyone involved in getting us our order was very nice. We will be going back.

I usually love the food at this Arby's but I can't give 5 stars due to the fact that I one of the times I got curly fries here they were refried and crap so I asked for them to make me fresh fries and did so multiple times and could not get them to. The girl just kept lying to me, saying they were just cooked fresh. It took my girlfriend coming over and asking a couple more times to finally get some edible fries that were not old and refried.
Ordered 2 of the crispy fish and cheader sandwiches for my brother and I they were very hot

Wrong choice of food. It was old and dry. My wife had a wrap and I had chicken bites. It was not the right choice of food when eating at Arby’s.
