Horrible service. My daughter and I went inside to order on 1/28/25 at 7:30pm for our food to go. When we walked to the counter there were 2 people behind the counter that continued to walk by us and not even acknowledge that we were there. There were only 2 cars in the drive thru and not a single person inside, so they weren’t busy. After about 10 minutes of standing there with absolutely no acknowledgment that we were there or taking our order we walked out and went elsewhere to get food. A simple “we’ll be right with you” would have gone a long way. My suggestion, train your people on proper customer service and you would get better reviews. I won’t be returning to that location again.

I've been to this Arby's a few times and it is always unbelievably slow. My visit today took over 25 and there was only one car in front of me at the drive thru. They told me to pull to the side but after my order, after 25 minutes I realized they had forgotten completely about me and had to get back in the drive thru, and of course my food was ready and just sitting there cold...

The food was far from being fresh. The "Premium" chicken nuggets were dry and hard as rocks, and the curly fries were only slightly above room temperature. My guess is that the chicken nuggets were at least an hour old. The sandwiches were only slightly above room temperature. It might have been 6:30-7:00 pm on Saturday Nov 10th; why be open if you are going to serve garbage. $25 for two people to have inedible dinner; I do not recommend this establishment nor will I ever go back to this establishment.
The employee need to work on their customer service, a poor attitude will always negatively impact the customer’s experience
