I had a great experience at the Arby’s in Jones Valley today! Chelsie took my order and was absolutely delightful—friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful. She made choosing my meal easy and even put a smile on my face with her positive attitude. It’s nice to meet someone who clearly enjoys their work and makes customers feel welcome just by being themselves.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the food—it tasted fresh and satisfying without that heavy fast food feeling. I ordered a few lighter items from the menu, and they really hit the spot.
The service was quick, and everything was clean and well-kept, including the women’s restroom, which was spotless (a detail that really makes a difference when you’re dining out). Big thanks to the folks behind the counter and behind the scenes—the food was great, and your efforts didn’t go unnoticed.
I’ll definitely be back. Clean space, great service, and tasty food. Well done, Arby’s—and kudos to Chelsie and the whole team!

Very rude staff. Went in at 1:00pm on Sunday March 3. Stood at counter between 5-10 Minutes. Staff never acknowledged we were there. Finally just left without ordering.

Rude at the window. Waited 15 minutes for a roast beef slider and 2 chicken wraps. (NO one was in the drive thru it was 100% just us.)
Everything was room temperature. One of the worst fast foods places in the area.

Lady at the speaker was rude after everything we ordered. She sounded just insanely annoyed at the fact that anyone came through the drive thru. It's no wonder the parking lot was empty. This was the worst service I have had anywhere in a long time. Honestly I'll just skip it next time and starve.

I got the 2 for $6 amd order of curly fries. The lady at the window was rude.. A man walked up to the window while I was sitting there and told the lady that the front door was locked she rudely said cause
Sandwich was cold and the cheese tasted stale like it was old. Took two bites and threw it out. Hope I don't get sick.

I came in late, after 8 p.m. and ordered a Gyro, Reuben, Beef and Cheese, Curly Fries and a Jamocha Shake.
I loved the meal. It was extravagant indulgent and awesome. The food was served served very fast and at excellent temperature. The Gyros sandwich was delicious, everything you want from a gyros, tender, yet crispy meat, creamy taziki sauce lettuce and soft pita. The Reuben was excellent, very salty meat with a delicious sauce. The beef and cheese was light and deliciously beefy and cheesy. The Jamocha shake is a classic delicious coffee cream
The staff at this location was very professional and helpful. The entire order was $25 which I consider a great value.
Parking: Super convenient from the road.
Kid-friendliness: Curly fries and jamocha shake are sure to please.
Food took FOREVER. We requested a refund and left. I'm not waiting 10 minutes for FAST food that is overpriced. I'm sure the employees are great people but that's crazy.

Went through drive thru about 2 hours before they closed and the guy at the window was just very rude from the jump for no reason. also they gave us like half a serving of fries but that's not the biggest deal the food was fine. as we were waiting for our food they turned the lights off and locked the doors so i'm not sure if they were closing early so they were just irritated that we were there or something? we wouldn't know if they were closing early or not because the website says 11 pm. anyway i understand how it is working in the food industry, but save the attitude for customers that deserve it lol.
