Came thru at 10:30pm and they were closed the staff said they close the kitchen up around 10:00pm but the hours are until 11pm! Bad for business 😮‍💨

On November 1st around 4:30, there was seriously the kindest person working the counter here. She saw that someone was having a birthday and went out of her way to make him feel special. Thanks for your kindness, it wasn't forgotten!

So slow I waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru for my food. I finally got tired of waiting and went in then i waited another 15min. There is no since of urgency. The lady that was there was very nice and apologized.

My family and I love Arby's and as a Former Arbys Employee we are Highly unsatisfied. The Drive Thru Cashier was on his phone he had a ear pod in his ear the entire time and gave us the wrong order. I need them to pay attention.

I had a great experience at the Arby’s in Jones Valley today! Chelsie took my order and was absolutely delightful—friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful. She made choosing my meal easy and even put a smile on my face with her positive attitude. It’s nice to meet someone who clearly enjoys their work and makes customers feel welcome just by being themselves.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the food—it tasted fresh and satisfying without that heavy fast food feeling. I ordered a few lighter items from the menu, and they really hit the spot.

The service was quick, and everything was clean and well-kept, including the women’s restroom, which was spotless (a detail that really makes a difference when you’re dining out). Big thanks to the folks behind the counter and behind the scenes—the food was great, and your efforts didn’t go unnoticed.

I’ll definitely be back. Clean space, great service, and tasty food. Well done, Arby’s—and kudos to Chelsie and the whole team!

Their door was locked when they're supposed to be open. Saw people inside and everything. It's was 10:38 ,dine in opens at 9:30

Very rude staff. Went in at 1:00pm on Sunday March 3. Stood at counter between 5-10
Minutes. Staff never acknowledged we were there. Finally just left without ordering.

Rude at the window.
Waited 15 minutes for a roast beef slider and 2 chicken wraps.
(NO one was in the drive thru it was 100% just us.)

Everything was room temperature.
One of the worst fast foods places in the area.
