I’ve always enjoyed Baby Bites, but after ordering a custom cake I wanted to share my wonderful experience! I usually make my own cakes for birthdays and baby showers, so I am picky. It was easy to order/pick up, reasonably priced and DELICIOUS. Cake is moist with a nice crumb. It isn’t too dense, but sturdy enough for layers. The chocolate frosting reminds me of Texas sheet cake (yum). I will order again.

Oh wow - really, really good. Emily fixed me up with two fresh six packs and I grabbed a discounted day old six as well. Sat in the car and ate all six of the day old and I was floored. I knew the fresh six would be even better and ate every one a couple of hours later with a hot coffee. You really should pay Emily a visit.

This place is amazing! I order a birthday cake for a friend and the owner was super responsive and kind. She let me send a reference photo and absolutely nailed it! The cake is delicious and perfectly baked. This place is super affordable for sweet treats and special occasions. Plus the owner and her workers are wonderful!

I ordered Vanilla Baby Bites for a wedding shower at our church. The Ladies were able to personalize some with blue swirl to match the bride's colors. Ordering and pick up were quick and easy! And most importantly, the Bites were yummy!

Tried to order a cake here. Showed up at the shop 3 weeks out and was told to come back one week out from needing the cake to place my order. Came in 9 days from date needing a cake and was told I couldn’t get a cake the date I needed it bc they were too busy. I mean, I guess. I’m glad they have great cakes and are in high demand, but I won’t be buying one, ever.

Been obsessed with baby bites ever since discovering them at their Birmingham location probably a decade or so ago! I was so excited they expanded to Huntsville. Such nice workers too at both locations! I love Pastry Art/Baby Bite Bake Shop!

The girls were so sweet, excited about the cake, and sent me photos ahead of time to make sure I was happy with their direction. They absolutely delivered. This will be my go to for all future cakes!

The place has the worst customer service! The day I picked up they were late. Every minute counts when I need to drive and already calculated time it would take me to get to bham. Then were very unfriendly when I asked if I could have separate boxes for each dozen bites that were ordered because they were going to 5 different people. I now have called a few weeks later to ask for my receipt that I was given and the girl who picked up was rude and unhelpful. I have to place a lot of orders for work and I like to support local business. I would not recommend supporting this local business and I’m extremely disappointed in their customer service. Being on time, helpful, and friendly brings back repeat customers.

We highly recommend Baby Bite Bake Shop! We ordered baby bites for our daughter's wedding in Chattanooga. We picked them up, froze them for a few days and they were perfect. Our guests devoured them! I encourage you to order a few dozen more than you think you will need haha! The owner and her staff are very caring and the customer service is top notch-and the baby bites are delicious!
