This place is amazing! I order a birthday cake for a friend and the owner was super responsive and kind. She let me send a reference photo and absolutely nailed it! The cake is delicious and perfectly baked. This place is super affordable for sweet treats and special occasions. Plus the owner and her workers are wonderful!

I ordered Vanilla Baby Bites for a wedding shower at our church. The Ladies were able to personalize some with blue swirl to match the bride's colors. Ordering and pick up were quick and easy! And most importantly, the Bites were yummy!

Tried to order a cake here. Showed up at the shop 3 weeks out and was told to come back one week out from needing the cake to place my order. Came in 9 days from date needing a cake and was told I couldn’t get a cake the date I needed it bc they were too busy. I mean, I guess. I’m glad they have great cakes and are in high demand, but I won’t be buying one, ever.

I ordered a custom cake from Baby Bite for a birthday and it was a hit! Not only was it super cute - it also tasted incredible!! The girls were so sweet, excited about the cake, and sent me photos ahead of time to make sure I was happy with their direction. They absolutely delivered. This will be my go to for all future cakes!

The place has the worst customer service! The day I picked up they were late. Every minute counts when I need to drive and already calculated time it would take me to get to bham. Then were very unfriendly when I asked if I could have separate boxes for each dozen bites that were ordered because they were going to 5 different people. I now have called a few weeks later to ask for my receipt that I was given and the girl who picked up was rude and unhelpful. I have to place a lot of orders for work and I like to support local business. I would not recommend supporting this local business and I’m extremely disappointed in their customer service. Being on time, helpful, and friendly brings back repeat customers.

We highly recommend Baby Bite Bake Shop! We ordered baby bites for our daughter's wedding in Chattanooga. We picked them up, froze them for a few days and they were perfect. Our guests devoured them! I encourage you to order a few dozen more than you think you will need haha! The owner and her staff are very caring and the customer service is top notch-and the baby bites are delicious!
I went to Baby Bites to see if they had a small sheet cake for a Thanksgiving social. Not only were the ladies kind, they had exactly what I needed for a GREAT price! Highly recommend!
